Nice view. The room is very clean and large enough for a couple.

Beautiful hotel, but the overall experience was a let down. We splurged on one of the nicer rooms, which we never do, but the idea of a private hot tub, water views, and a massive shower were quite appealing for a special occasion Our shower never quite drained and actually leaked out the sides opposite of the bathroom into our bedroom. The team was able to fix it the next day, although it was quite inconvenient as we had to be out of the room and unable to use the shower for an extended period of time Unfortunately our hot tub never got warm and we were unable to use it. The first time we mentioned this, they said it takes a long time. The second mention, they said they’ll take a look the next day (one of the two nights we were there). The next day, they “fixed” it, but turned it off before they left. It takes many hours to warm up and therefore, missed out again. Nina, at the front desk told us many inaccurate things throughout our stay, mostly involving the hot tub. On numerous occasions, mostly when requesting her in our room for the shower or hot tub, she was unapologetic and kept saying, “I didn’t know” while blaming her teammate from earlier in the day. Through these mishaps, we kept Nina and her teammate apprised as we were so disappointed and wanted a little bit of human empathy. My partner and I are both in customer service and just overall felt let down. Nina said she called the owner, Monica and “all” she would offer were complimentary aperitifs on the rooftop. We asked to speak with the owner or a manager and she begrudgingly told us we could email the main email and it would connect to Monica directly My partner sent an email and after a few days of not hearing back as promised, he sent another email asking for an update. The email kicked back and we were BLOCKED!!!! We sent the same email from my email address and notified them that we were blocked. We received a response the next day. There was zero accountability and the response was as if they never even read the original email and only defended by saying they watched Nina on the cameras and that she’s entitled to making mistakes. First and foremost, most of the encounters were in our room; hopefully not insinuating cameras are in our room? Second, although Nina impacted our overall experience heavily, the email wasn’t targeted at her; it was more about the shower overflowing into our room and the hot tub, which we paid so much for, not being usable. Neither were acknowledged in the response Drumroll please: about a week later, Nina called and then emailed me from her personal email threatening us. See attached. I would NOT recommend this hotel because of the overall lack of customer service, empathy and most importantly, integrity from the person representing the hotel and your first impression

Stanze progettate male con due prese prese elettriche 🔌 praticamente nulla , bagno con doccia a vista privacy zero. L'architetto ovvero la proprietaria ha progettato le stanze più con i suoi gusti non tenendo presente il cliente. Voto 2 non lo consiglio proprio. Dentro hotel le chiamano opere d'arte 🖼️ ma sono pittori 👨‍🎨 poco conosciuti.

Un Hotel veramente UNÌCO in tutti i sensi… consigliato da amici, già dal nostro arrivo avevamo capito che la location meritava, ampie zone verdi, piscina moderna, musica di sottofondo, parcheggio comodo, sala principale invitante; ad accoglierci uno “staff” gentile cordiale disponibile e molto “simpatico”, menzione speciale per la “coppia” Cinzia & Veronica, ma tutti si sono dimostrati esemplari e accoglienti; abbiamo scelto la camera con il terrazzo più grande e con la jacuzzi, veramente accogliente, pulita e confortevole; la colazione ogni giorno varia, ottima e ben curata! Insomma lo consiglio vivamente a tutti, a Mondello sicuramente questa struttura resta una “mosca bianca”, qualità & relax assicurati!

Ho scoperto questo Hotel in una trasmissisione televisiva (4 hotel) qualche anno fa e quest´anno ho trascorso 9 notti in questo Hotel. Devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative e che gestito in un modo come tutti gli Hotel dovrebbereo essere gestiti. L´hotel é molto piccolo (8 stanze) ed é proprio quello che noi cerchiamo. La differenza qui fa (come sempre tra l´altro) il personale. Sin dal inizio dal gentilissima Monica non ci ha mai fatto mancare nulla ed era sempre subito a nostra disposizione. Anche se l´unico problema (lo descrivo piú avanti) non é riuscito a trovare la soluzione si vedeva l´impegno di fare anche l´impossibile. Oltre a questo voglio citare Cinzia che faceva parte dello staff che garantiva OGNI mattina una colazione diversa! Una migliore dell´altro con delle cose che non trovi di solito su i classici buffet di colazione. Ma anche tutti gli altri collaboratori (grazie Matteo, Pierpaolo, Veronica ed Elena, Antonio e Fabrizio, e le signore dei piani Rita ed Olimpia) ci hanno fatto stare non bene ... MOLTO di piú! E´un posto da favola da ritornarci assolutamente. E qui arrivo al unico problemino che abbiamo riscontrato. Noi abbiamo avuto una camera spettacolare con una vetrata che si affaciava direttamente sul golfo di Mondello. Uno spettacolo ... Il problema peró era che tra mare e Hotel passa la stradina del paese di Mondello e qui la vita notturna si faceva sentire e come. Dopo la prima notte, dove fino al 03.00 si sentiva fuochi d´artificio, gare di macchine, giovani che discuteveno ad alta voce sotto casa e come ultimo albergatori che tiravano i cassoni del vetro lunga la strada. Dopo la prima volta ci siamo organizzati dei tappi per le orecchie per poter dormire. Questo devo dire che mi é capitato la prima volta in vita mia, perché ho un sonno profondo solitamente. Questo ovviamente non é colpa del Hotel - e per questo anche il mio inno di lode sopra e il voto con 5 punti - ma forse potrebbero rifletere su investire in futuro in finestre con un isolamento acustico migliore. Per il resto come detto. 110 e lode sia a struttura che a tutto il team.

This is based on my experience of staying 4 nights here. I had high expectations based on the reviews but was left very disappointed. Our room had a strong chemical smell which we slept in. I asked to move rooms or checkout, and they were full and did not allow me to checkout or else I would forfeit my money. I slept with the windows and sliding door open the following days and they moved me for one night. What was the most distasteful element of my stay was the service I received for raising my concern on the smell in the room. The staff made my partner and I feel as though I was making it up and being an inconvenience even though I was very nice and calm about the issue. As it is was a small hotel, the next 3 days I felt ignored and was never asked how everything is going. On top of this, the room was very loud and noisy as it was next to the kitchen. We could hear rattles and noise all night into the morning which meant we couldn’t sleep in at all. I believe that if the customer service here was better, my stay could have been massively improved. From staying across 10 hotels in Europe for this trip, this is by far the worst I experienced.

prachtig uitzicht, kamer en gebouw zeer schoon. Ontbijt: heerlijke koffie en lekker ontbijt, maar zeer weinig aanbod qua keuze en qua hoeveelheid. nieuwe verkeerssituatie -＞ met eigen auto (bijna) niet te bereiken (zelfs receptioniste kon de route niet foutloos uitleggen). inrit tot hotel/parkeerplaats zeer smal door parkerende auto's op toegangsweg. Geen bezoekers op kamer, bij pool met extra betaling. geen service bij de pool. geen sleutel voor de buitendeur. Deze wordt altijd door receptionist(e) geopend. Net als in gevangenis. We voelden ons opgesloten. Bij de pool lagen houden planken los -＞ gevaar voor wonden aan de voeten door spijkers e.d. Geen service op mooi dakterras -＞ er zat nooit iemand (langer dan 10 min). 1 receptioniste kwam niet gastvrij over. Kamer: mooi uitzicht, ruim, schoon.

Tutto molto curato, stanze moderne con tutto quello che può servire. Noi avevamo la superior con vasca idromassaggio in terrazza e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posizione ottima, piscina e hotel super nuovo. Il personale molto cortese e gentile. E' un boutique hotel quindi non aspettatevi giochi per bambini o simile, ci sono opere d'arte e musica rilassata. Consigliatissimo

Hotel molto curato, 8 camere anche se trovo le standard (con vista sul mare) siano meglio delle superior (hanno vasca in camera ma senza vista sul mare), la colazione non è così abbondante nella scelta ma di alta qualità. Molto pulito e le camere sono delle bomboniere. Attenzione al pagamento anticipato.....una coppia doveva venire con noi, lui però è stato operato alla gamba per un incidente una settimana prima e quindi non hanno potuto presenziare ed hanno trattenuto il costo di una notte su tre pagate (nonostante l'invio dei referti, etc, etc). Comunque bel posto
