自由度假飯店(Hotel Liberty Resort)

This is a case of you pay for what you get, but for the same price, we stayed in much nicer hotels and guest houses in Tunisia throughout our trip. The positives; the hotel is affordable and in a decent location, within walking distance of the beach, the pool is also great and the food was good. The downsides; The hotel is very outdated and aged, the bedding cushions, bed spreads, napkins and table cloths were all stained and worn (the cotton bed sheets were fine however). Some of our bathroom towels were not washed and cleaned at all, our hand towel still had the previous guests make up wiped on it. The aircon in our room didn't work, so we had to sleep with the balcony sliding doors open, which made for a nosey nights sleep. The reception staff and some of the other staff were professional and friendly, but in the main, the waiters and kitchen staff treated you like they were doing you a favour, some didn't even bother to help when asked - like for a menu or a drink for example. Some of the attitudes I saw towards other guests, was very poor. When we paid for our dinner, our 35 Tunisian Denar meal, suddenly became 45, clearly the rest was going to be pocketed so we refused to pay the extra fee that came out of no where. To be brutally honest, that was the worst customer service we had experienced in a hotel to date. Overall the guests at the hotel we fine but there were some very drunk guests, literally falling over and stumbling everywhere, with one girl was so drunk, she didn't even realize her boob was hanging out of her bikini. We were so happy to get out of there when we checked out.. The worst hotel we had stayed in in Tunisia.

Accueil: Personnel rapide (ouf) et souriant. Chambre: spacieuse, propre et agréable. Cuisine: repas variés, du choix (hey les gens vous manger du canard à l'orange tous les jours chez vous?) Barmen et cuistos au top. Direction présente et très réactive, merci pour tout. Seul bémol, l'animation peu présente, toutefois mention particulière à Farez, Sam, Sarah et Dido. Très bon hôtel pour un début de saison, nouvelle réservation prévue pour mai 2025. Encore MERCI à tout le staff du Liberty pour nous avoir reçu comme des princesses. Paty.

Went to Liberty for the third time - loved it as usual! Had a very warm welcome from the reception team and was shown to my room which was clean and fresh as always. The food was delicious with so much variety, with a special Tunisian dish served every dinner - you never run out of options when it comes to food. The hotel itself is very clean and all the staff are lovely, and you can't forget the animation team - such a happy friendly bunch. I've already booked my next holiday here for June and I can't wait!

Good experience. Animation is great. They make everyone feel welcome. Staff is very friendly. I recommend this hotel. Hotel is clean and the food is OK. Close to the beach and its easy to get to another places. The animators are so good , Sam jaweher, dido salah is so sweet and friendly , funny 😘🥰❤️

Un hôtel qui a l arrivée peut donner l impression que comme dans beaucoup d endroit le 4 étoiles est surcote...il faut passer le sas d entrée pour être rassuré. Le hall d acceuil est superbe. Le personnel est au petit soin pour que tout se passe bien. Toujours un sourire et un gentil mot. Nourriture : Le buffet est varié, coloré et la nourriture est très bonne. Même en arrivant dans les derniers il y a toujours de quoi manger. La salle, les tables et les endroits où sont disposés les plats sont d une propreté impeccable. Un merci spécial au chef pour son délicieux Couscous la veille de notre départ. Chambre : spacieuse, propre et moderne. La sdb date un peu mais elle est propre ce qui est le principal. Par contre côté acoustique on entendait le rideau de douche tiré par le voisin ainsi que lorsqu il prenait sa douche. Animation : les animateurs bien présents mais aucune animation proposée en journée. Même si nous étions peu jamais eu la proposition de faire une pétanque, un tir à l arc ...le soir un moment animation danse était proposé dans le hall. Soins du corps : n hésitez pas à discuter avec Tony qui est dans l hôtel il saura vous proposer des massages et soins supers et pas chers. Et si vous êtes confiés à Naima alors là quel régal pour votre dos ...elle a des mains en or et elle est adorable. Plage : le chemin pour y accéder est à revoir cela ne donne pas envie. La plage était sale mais des transats étaient disponibles si besoin. Autour de l hôtel il n y a rien du tout , pas de petits magasins où d endroit où se promener il est vraiment excentré . C est un hôtel où nous avons eu un bon séjour .

Beds are overly early comfortable. Food is ok always something to eat. Animation team made it a great.week away. Especially Sam, dido, salah. Great fun watching them, very entertaining and hard workers. Acrobatics, dancing and flips. Welcoming staff and very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Great week away for the price we paid.

It's very nice & clean delicious food wonderful staff e.g Murtaza Salah Sam Dido Izzo wondeful performance plus intertainment. Staff makes every effort to give excellent service. Breakfast dinner lunch always have varieties Hafeez& Yasmin . XX

Although we arrived before the season we had a great time. Hotel is clean and food is tasty and have a good selection. The entertainment team made our holiday, they were friendly and made us feel welcome. We had some good laughs with them Would highly recommend this hotel and we're coming back out again in 4 wks
