The hotel staff is very Welcoming. At the restaurant they serve wonderful food. For comfortable stay I always prefer Sentrim Castle Royal.. Pros - Clean rooms Good Location Great Staff Good service Cos The only issue is a slow lift Sometime room cards don't work

The hotel has improved tremendously but you need to improve on quality of breakfast. I didn’t like the beef bacon at all. The staff are friendly always. Monica has remained a very good employee since I started patronizing the place since 2010

Awesome and impressive experience, a very warm welcome by the front office lady Esther, and if you are an "oversleeper", let them know when you would want to check out, they will ring you, never experienced this anywhere else. Rates can be bargained as well, best place.

From the start to the end, everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was above and beyond. The hotel is well situated and we will definitely be returning in the near future. Thanks for being a part of our memories. 😁

Had a lovely couple of nights stay at the castle Royal Hotel!The staff were very warm and friendly. The hotel rooms were exceptionally modern and clean. We also really enjoyed all the meals we had ordered. The location in the heart of Mombasa town is perfect.

The courtesy at the hotel is top notch. Conference packaging was well coordinated and the accommodation facilities are private such that you cannot be inconvenienced with the ongoing conferences. It’s a good gateway to the CBD of Mombasa as it is at the heart of Mombasa and makes it easily accessible to the other nearby tourist destinations like Diani Beaches.

hotel espectacular super limpio ,el personal es encantador,estandares europeos,muy bien ubicado,cuidado con los precios porque a los extranjeros nos cobran el doble de lo que vale,cogerlo a través de la app de Booking,el desayuno no lo cogí porque el precio era excesivo

Excellent hotel, excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean, spacious & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by a friendly reception staff name tag Mariam. She was amazingly polite & nice, we settled in the first room she took us to, spacious & neat. Meals were on point. That spot is awesome, we are definitely visiting again!
