蒙巴薩礁飯店(Reef Hotel Mombasa)

Location is great! Right next to beach and Moonshine bar. 5 minute walk on the nächste and your at Maasai bar. Downside Music goes on all night and unable to sleep. Mosquitoes are around and the net didn’t help. Bed was also rock hard. For one night drinking there it’s ok but be cautious of the mosquitoes at night, I got bitten 4 times :(

Très bon accueil, buffet super, piscine et jardin magnifique. Bien situé en dehors de la ville, donc plus sur. Je conseille cet hôtel, ils sont accueillant et chaleureux. En bordure de mer avec accès direct sur une plage magnifique.

We checked around late morning, check in was great, since we had 3 rooms We went to the restaurant by the beach, we placed order for food and the food came after almost 1hr. Later which when we went for lunch we found steel wire, hair in the food that's in the salad and the vegetarian options were very limited. The rooms later in the evening we asked for 6 bottles of water since we were 3 people in the room, the receptionist who picked mentioned that 6 bottles of water was not possible. She only sent 3 extra bottles of water. The rooms which we were 3 people in the room also didn't not have 3 ammenties i.e bath towels, face towels. We thank the front office manager for extending us a late check out for 1 of the rooms till 2pm.

Good customer service. Incase of challenges the ground work came in handy. Wonderful swimming pool for children and adults with very clear water. Lovely music in the evening and decency which was children friendly. Cool breakfast and comfy rooms made it easy for comfort

Worst Experience. Stayed for 3 nights. The room was bad. The shower kept dripping all day and night making the room damp. I requested for the front desk team to have this looked into unsuccessfully. The room was also dusty, stained towels. Dirty walls. Food was basic, with no variety. They served barely cooked eggs and the coffee was horrible. The staff were unprofessional, talking to guests carelessly. Would not recommend as they are unresponsive to feedback.

Enjoyed my stay here. Early morning walks at the beach were awesome. Enjoyed the food and getting an all inclusive package os recommended. Local beers all day are a great way to unwind. No need to go out as hotel has a local night club called moonshine. The music is great and if not careful one can dance all night. Rooms are spacious and clean. Views of the beach are spectacular. Nice stay.
