very nice hotel and amazing enviroment,if you want to relax this hotel is the right place.i had feeling that im alone with ma family in the heard of a nature :) water in pool should be warmer (to be usable also for little children) but i understand that this hotel ist not focused on children

Yes, it’s a beautiful building, but its star rating is way off the mark. Positives: Lovely, old building in attractive grounds. Negatives: In the middle of nowhere with only a small co-op supermarket near by. Food was below average, at best. Expensive. No room service. No tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. You have to pay for every cup of tea/coffee you want. If you don’t have a walk in shower in your room, taking a shower in the bath is lethal. No anti slip mats and steep step into bath. If you want to play pool you have to hire the room by the hour. Spa trea**ents very limited. Bar area smells stale and of smoke, all the time. In short, spend your hard-earned cash somewhere where everything is much better than this. It isn’t value for money. At all.

The building is really interesting inside, worth to see it. We was only at the restaurant and drink coffee, because they have no food, nor desserts (we want try some dessert and coffee). The coffee was fine, but nothing extra and my milk was really interesting inside - like sour cream. The staff was beautiful.

Amazing place in Slovakia. Close to hot springs and close to Hungarian border. We highly recommend this beautiful castle . Food was great too. Wish we can go back again.

My fiancee and I plan to book Chateau Bela for wedding in August 2022 and she initiated contact with the events manager Katarína Dubecová last week to enquire on the package and pricing. She specifically told her that she wants the book the bigger Orangerie Hall even though we have only around 40 guests. She gave her all the pricing but she said she would need to check on the availability of the Orangerie Hall. During the last two days, my fiancee sent her a WhatsApp message again to ask if she has checked but she did not reply. So, I decided to write to the GM, Jürgen Gruber instead this morning to ask if the date was available since she did not reply. She called my fiancee suddenly today to scold her over the email sent. She threatened her and said you will never have a wedding here. She was extremely rude merely because an email was sent to the GM. Worst still, the GM never apologised or replied to my email and instead, Katarina saw the message I sent to the GM which she screenshot and claimed that 'we are very good team together'. We were shocked over how rude she is and we do not advise anyone to organise any wedding there as we believe the standard has dropped so much since COVID-19. We feel sorry for the owner, Ilona Von Krockow who decided to leave such a beautiful chateau to an incompetent team.

Amazing amazing amazing...very unique one of a kind boutique hotel we were eating dinner in the restaurants amazing service and the food is great!

El alojamiento es espectacular con habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas. El servicio de restaurante simplemente excelente con una carta para deleitar al mejor paladar. El único problema es que alrededor no hay nada más, está en la campiña aislado de todo.

Immer noch Luft nach oben… Nach weiteren 2 Jahren haben wir es wieder probiert und sind ein verlängertes Wochenende hier gewesen. Leider waren es die heißesten Tage des Jahres mit bis zu 36grad. Das bedeutete am Pool war es herrlich, in dem heißen Zimmer mit 29 Grad ohne Klimaanlage in der Nacht kaum auszuhalten. Es gab einen Ventilator mit dem man die heiße Luft im Kreis blasen konnte, der war aber außer nutzlos auch noch sehr laut. Wir denken wenn hier nicht bald aufgerüstet (zb Klimaanlage, Fensterläden, etc) wird in den Zimmern dann wird es zukünftig in den Zimmern im Sommer nicht mehr auszuhalten sein bei der zunehmenden Hitze. Wir mussten feststellen, dass seit unserem letzten Besuch einige Gegenstände im allgemeinen Bereich verschwunden waren und auch im Zimmer fehlten leider ganz offensichtlich Bilder an der Wand. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, auch wenn einem nach wie vor das Geschirr fast aus der Hand gerissen wurde bevor man überhaupt noch fertig war. Das Abendessen bei unserer Halbpension war gut (Buffet) wenn auch einzelne Gerichte in den Rechauds manchmal vertrocknet waren. Unter gewissen Umständen würden wir vielleicht wieder her kommen.

Die Anlage großartig, wie Zimmer und d Ambiente. Es hat an nix gefehlt. Nur das Essen war miserabel. Zu wenig und mittelmäßigen Geschmack. Die Bar sehr gut, Getränke, Cocktails vom feinsten und Montag ohne Vorankündigung geschlossen. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und gross
