希爾頓花園飯店-米蘇拉的評論

發現飯店對我的信用卡隨機收費。當我打電話時，他們說這是停車費。預約時寫著免費停車。入住時也從未提及這一點。

Kudos to your desk clerk Kayla!! We checked in Monday and she was courteous, Friendly, cheerful, and very helpful.

It started waiting on room to be ready. Checked in went to room but around 11pm the people next to us got back and we're so loud it sounded like they were in our room. I called the front desk and told them they called but nothing changed. Went to front desk asked for a new room so we could sleep. Staff was reluctant and didn't seem to want to help but let us have a queen bed room. We had to leave our king jacuzzi room for a less comfortable room because our crazy drunk neighbors. The new room we got had a coffee machine that was moldy and nasty and the beds were hard. It was not the stay we were hoping and we will not be returning. Staff was not that helpful during all this.

The bedding was stained, the floor was dirty, and had barely been vacuumed, the shower curtain was stained, and we were charged a ridiculous amount of money for a three night stay. Last stay at any Hilton.

I appreciated the free hot tea and coffee down stairs. The Desk gal was friendly and helpful. The cleaning crewmen were friendly. The room would get warm enough, wifi was good.

Check in time was at 3:00 PM. We arrived at 3:30, and the room was not ready. We had to leave and come back later to get our room. The front desk staff did not seem to care about this issue. I would like a discount on my room because of this difficulty.

The location was convenient for my visiting purpose. However, would've liked to see the hot tub as was advertised.

The room was nice, close to restaurant and ****** within walking distance. The only thing i didn't like was paying for parking as the cost for the room was high, would be nice to have parking included.

Great customer service at check-in. Hotel is clean and nice, easy to get to. The rooms are good size and bathroom was nice. The beds and pillows are a little less desired. Made for a night of very little sleep.
