非常滿意的一次入住體驗！房間寬敞明亮，衞生做得非常細緻，床鋪軟硬適中，一夜好眠。酒店位置優越，附近有很多美食和商店，無論出行或工作都很方便。服務人員都非常友好、專業，讓人感受到貼心與熱情。整體環境舒適安靜，非常值得推薦，下次來還會繼續入住。

The room with no view (239). First time stay here. But room is clean. No bellboy during our check in process. Can parking outside & basement. Hotel room with free breakfast for 2pax.Just stay for 1 night before drive to Brunei.

Very nice place, so comfortable..the service also good, even long que but the receptionist always show the smile on their face 😊… But i haven’t try the food yet..will try while i come to visit Miri again and of course this hotel will be one of my list to stay.

pros: - bed/pillow very comfy!! - spacious room - clean - smart tv - have mini fridge - eatery place within walking distance just behind hotel, hotel also have in house cafe cons - showerhead attached together with bath tub, water can get messy and a bit slippery, wished they have seperate space for shower - wifi slow - room a bit dark as they use yellow lighting overall ok, access card a bit troublesome if you dont know how to use rating: 8/10

很舒服的酒店 房間也很乾凈 酒店也很靠近市區 附近也有麥當勞 很不錯 去哪裡都方便 很喜歡美里 美麗的美里 下次還會再來

Welcoming and polite receptionist, however, card key seems to have a bit of problem , need Time to Go to reset ! Also back door was locked, causing inconvinence to eat out at the local stall Just behind the hotel :)

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Receptionists were friendly, service were good. However hotel design is old and lift area are far from the room. Inconvience to guest. Amenities were poor and need to get improve.

第二次入住，到店已經19點30，房間比上次的小一些。空調噪音比較大，聯繫酒店後，很快派工作人員過來處理。 早餐比上次入住要好些，來自家裡吞金獸的評價。 距離加拿大山約3公里，酒店的停車場有很多停車位，自駕方便

Good location for staycation with convenience close by. Although my room this time lack lightning and with low pillar at an angle making it seem under pressure. It still acceptable for 1-night stay. Maybe will ensure a request is make next time.

The hotel staff were very welcoming! One of the staff opened the entrance door for us, and the check-in process was smooth with the receptionist answering all our questions kindly. The hotel furnishings were decent, though the building does show its age a little. Parking was convenient as well,  just take a ticket, get it validated at the front desk, and you can exit free of charge. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The only minor downside was that the marble bathroom floor felt quite cold without slippers, but overall it was still a pleasant stay!
