綠園度假村(Green Garden Resort - Smart Hotel)

Hotel molto bello, parcheggio gratuito , possibilità di usufruire della piscina coperta, ristorante ottimo colazione anche molto buona e c'è la fermata del bus proprio fuori l hotel (n.10 assaggiano /Marzabotto) che arriva proprio alla stazione di Mestre. Consiglio però ed e' per questo che do 3 stelle di avere un po' più di attenzione al cliente. Arriviamo e ci dicono che dato che il check-in e' dalle 15.00 e noi torniamo più tardi, ci lasciano la chiave sul banco reception perché dopo le 16 non c'è nessuno! Vabbè ... Chiediamo per la piscina e ci viene risposto che gli orari sono scritti li davanti a me, va bene anche questo ma almeno che so ... Spiegarci che per andare in piscina bisogna uscire fuori e attraversare i campi da tennis , questo lo dico xké siamo scesi con accappatoio dalla camera perché non sapevamo che dovessimo uscire fuori , inoltre nessuno ci ha saputo spiegare dove esattamente era! Altra piccola attenzione .. non sapevamo che il ristorante fosse di altra gestione (tra l' altro ottima) , chiamiamo per chiedere se era possibile ancora mangiare e ... Ci dicono di chiamare il ristorante (che cmq senza problemi ci ha aspettato). Per il resto ha tutti i confort ed e' molto pulito , lo consiglierei come anche a voi di migliorare su questo punto.

È stata una bellissima vacanza. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel. Che dire... Tutto perfetto! Davide ci ha spiegato tutto e consigliato il tour da fare a Venezia. Colazione e pulizia delle camere impeccabili. Ci ritorneremo...

Staff were great and lovely but the services were not great. Pool was closed and menu in restaurant included 3 pages of pizza that were not available as the pizza chef was on holiday. This left a limited menu for,our stay. No hot water in our room so showers were very cold. No fridges in room and the TVs are set to 30 so can’t hear them if you have the air conditioning on. Even then we had to sit at the end of the bed to hear the TV. Needs some TLC.

Prenotando sul sito della struttura ho pagato un prezzo veramente piccolo in confronto a realtà simili di Mestre. La camera è spaziosa e ben arredata, la colazione è tipica di un tre stelle, non molta varietà ma quello che c'è (sia dolce che salato) è buono, caffè e cappuccino da macchine da bar e non da distributore automatico. Da sapere che la reception è aperta solo in orario diurno; è comunque possibile arrivare dopo la chiusura della reception (telefonate per farvi dare i dettagli). La mancanza del quinto pallino è dovuta al fatto che in bagno tutte le attrezzature cromate (rubinetteria, doccia, portasciugamani) mostravano pesantemente il segno dell'usura, nulla di critico ma esteticamente non gradevole.

Este hotel esta muy bien ubicado, el ambiente es muy bueno, muy limpio. La atención por parte del personal del hotel es excelente. El desayuno es delicioso. Cuenta con un complejo deportivo excelente.

No help at all from de hotel and from *******. Terrible experience related the reservation’s cancellation. No answers , no customer service.

We were looking for a mix of pool and relaxation and sightseeing in Venice and this hotel was perfect for just that! A taxi takes about 15-20mins into the centre of Venice (40 euro there with a private taxi and around 30 euro back with a public taxi) even with The taxi it was still LOADS cheaper and nicer than staying in Venice. The pool and sports facilities are part of a country club that the hotel is attached too. Fantastic clean pool and sun bed area - with a small cafe. The restaurant onsite at the hotel was very nice but a little pricey and not many veggie options but was fine for us as we had dinner in Venice each night, but seems most of the hotel guests did eat in the restaurants and seemed to enjoy their meals. Breakfast is served in the same restaurant, a decent breakfast, nothing that particularly stood out but simple enough. Fresh fruit and more pastries would be good but we were satisfied with it. The hotel is very clean and set in a beautiful quiet , green setting away from all the hustle and bustle. David at reception was Very helpful and went out of his way to help with whatever was needed. The only comments I wld say that the hotel could improve upon is providing free towels for use at the pool (currently have to pay extra for that) and for reception to be manned in the evening when guests and coming and going. There is someone only at the desk till 6/7pm. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and was a perfect tranquil oasis before/ after returning from touring Venice.

Soggiorno abbastanza positivo, struttura molto carina e personale molto gentile e cordiale. Unica nota negativa che è un po’ lontana è scollegata da Venezia.

Si tratta di un Resort, quindi con certi servizi, piscina interna, esterna, spa, sport vari etc. La spa è chiusa, la piscina interna ha degli orari assurdi impraticabili soprattutto per chi vuole visitare Venezia e al ritorno concedersi un bagno ..e quindi quale è il vantaggio di essere in un resort? LA colazione è da sopravvivenza e l'appartamento panoramico che abbiamo prenotato noi è molto grande ma abbiamo picchiato la testa non so le volte, gli armadi della camera grande sono fatiscenti e sporchi... Mi è arrivata ora, dopo il soggiorno una mail di conferma della prenotazione con un costo della camera decisamente più basso di quello che l'ho pagato, 507,00 euro Noi abbiamo pagato e. 634,38 per 3 notti, più tassa di soggiorno e. 33,00!!!??? Non capisco!!!
