布倫特伍德飯店(Brentwood Hotel)

Our checkin was at 1pm but no one informed us that the room wasn't ready yet we had to go and wait till the room was ready! It would be great if hotels staff informed guests prior to check in that hotel is not yet ready not when we come to the reception to actually check in! Hotel room had a blockage issue in the wash basin!

Didn't stay long as we were taking family to catch a very early but enjoyed our stay at the Brentwood and would like to go back for a little longer as the pool looked very inviting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would come again

I love staying here! It's my 'go to' for an overnighter before or after flying. Their shuttle service is great, staff have always been friendly and helpful, and the rooms I've stayed in are clean and quite with great beds - what more can you ask? (Oh yes, the rates are good too!)

We had stayed here a year ago & loved it, but with problems with the toilet & tv, not sure we'd stay here again It is a great location but needs a bit of renovation.

The staff are all super nice. The beds were too soft for this Goldilocks. I’m sure they’re the same beds the Rolling Stones slept in when they visited the hotel on the 28th of February 1965 (it’s on their wall)

The room was very old and you can hear people go up and down from your room . Restaurant menu was horrible especially Indonesian nasi goreng . I would Change the chef . My wife and I so tired the last day 7/17/2023 we were debating to eat outside or inside the hotel since they have Indonesian menu Nasi goreng Tofu with sambal and beef udon soup . We spend total $38 NZ dollars for nothing . We suggest anyone who stay in this hotel do not eat inside the restaurant . If you like Indonesian food go to Little Penang get your money worth . If you like Indian food go to Chili Peppers is very good especially Chicken Masala .

Most are perfect for this hotel. Parking and road design inside the hotel is less ideal. No elevator for 2nd floor guests is a minus.
