明尼阿波利斯市中心萬楓套房飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Minneapolis Downtown)

The hotel was great. The only recommendation was the coffee maker in the room starts working the moment it’s plugged in spraying water everywhere. I didn’t end up using it. Maybe a regular water kettle is better?

The hotel itself was good for what I needed but it is in a very sketchy area of downtown. It is literally the last hotel and right next to the bus depot. I did not feel safe walking that area at night as everything and everyone except the homeless and potential ************ drops off about 1-2 blocks away leaving you alone. Not many police in the area either. One person came into the hotel to "rest" and was removed and he stated he was not tweaking. That was the middle of the day. Close to Target Field which is what I wanted but I should have chosen better. There was also little to no storage in the room and the AC would not stay on. I walked into an uncomfortable room temp every time. Staff however was very nice and deserve gold stars.

The property was very nice and well kept; however, less than a block away was a dangerous area. At one point, a homeless person wandered into lobby area but no one was around the front desk.

Great, well-run hotel and the location is perfect if you're going to a game and want to walk to many restaurants or bars. Rooms are excellent, as well.

Place is nice and staff was great. Only 2 complaints are that the pillows are horrible, should've brought my own. 2nd is that I was aware of a $100 deposit I had to pay after checking in. There was no notice of this when I booked the hotel, definitely would have picked a different hotel had I known this upfront. Having to pay another $100 upfront meant we had to cut our trip short since we were out $100. I know we will get the money back in a few days, but that will be to late since our trip will be over. Will definitely find different place next time coming to the cities.

Place was clean, staff was nice. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Minneapolis.
