free breakfast, Indoor pool And gym Good size of room

Housekeeper came in room 2 hours early, manger said some people leave early that isn't an issue. I procede to say anyone with common sense would know bags and toiletries in the bathroom doesn't mean someone has left. Walk in on her cleaning and my money missing. Manager says I need proof of her stealing wouldn't the housekeeper being in a full room 2 hours early be at least probably evidence. Great establishment everything else was solid will be speaking to gm Monday

When we walked into the hotel, we thought oh this is going to be nice but the one elevator was broken down and right away, this was strange. When we walked into our room, there was a giant stain by the couch on the carpet, broken lamp, and a hairball on the shower door. Thankfully we’ll only staying there to sleep. When we took a shower in the morning, the water didn’t drain so we stood in our dirty water. I was unimpressed.

Place was clean but rooms had lots of litte broken things. Blinds didn't work door when locked felt loose like it was missing pieces lamp was broken etc worst things were 35 dollars to park, a fee you pay on top of the room. And the fact its been 5 days since my stay and still haven't gotten the deposit back for whatever reason i probably wont be staying here again.

At check in, they told me the room had maintenance issues and placed us in a room that could not accommodate 4. (We had booked a double queen.) I asked for another option and was told it was the last room left in the hotel. I understand things happen but when I asked for a cot, a room in a nearby hotel, or any other room option the attendant made no attempt to solve the issue. Instead, acted as if it was my problem to solve, not his. We drove 4 hrs to come to the game and would have appreciated at the very least, a call on the way in, alerting us to the situation so I could have made alternate arrangements or maybe even a reduction in room cost?!?!?. This is not the level of service I have come to expect from Hyatt Place stays.

When we arrived to check in we were told they saw our reservation but were unable to fill it, we would be transferred to another hotel. When we arrived at the other hotel, our room types were changed (someone had to sleep on a couch as they were given a king room instead of 2 queens), we had to spend $19 each on breakfast ($100 a day instead of it being included), and there was no pool (traveling with children). We have not heard back from Hyatt or been given any concessions from this experience.

They overbooked the hotel for both nights I was supposed to stay there. Tried to make me pay for one of the nights when they moved me to another hotel. The second night there were no other hotels available so they told me to find one myself out of the city. Will never stay there again!

I was surprised this hotel had the Hyatt name on it…even Hyatt Place. Poor slow check in, very aged facility, smelled musty in the room, bugs on the ceiling, coffee maker didn’t work and they had no conditioner in the bathroom, but did have a used soap bar.

Excellent! The room was so big. The beds were so comfortable and soft! We used the kitchenette, dishes, stove, refrigerator, and microwave. We loved how the rooms were separated for privacy. The fitness center was nice! Staff were customer oriented. I highly recommend!
