特拉巴布旅館(Terrabambu Lodge)

Es uno de los pocos lugares q permiten sentirse como en casa, además encontr**** en medio de la vegetación con una vista hermosa, presenciar la visita de diferentes especies de animalitos es una experiencia única, y su comida es exclusiva, realmente es un lugar perfecto para desconect**** de la ciudad y de la cotidianidad

Una opción de hospedaje muy buena, excelente atención del personal, muy limpio todo, excelente calidad de los alimentos y muy bien servidos,las instalaciones muy limpias, las cabañas muy amplias, modernas muy bonitas y con unas vistas a la montaña excepcional, aunque en el desayuno no hay mucha variedad, es muy bueno y las vista espectacular, 100% recomendable.

Un hotel en medio de la naturaleza, amplio y confortable, con jacuzzi en la habitación,desayuno completo y rico. Pero lo más hermoso el canopy y el columpio en el río, una experiencia increíble, lleno de adrenalina, muy divertido. A pocos kilómetros del centro y del mariposario. Puedes tomar un taxi y llegas en 5 minutos, por un valor de 2 dólares si no vas en vehículo propio o ir caminando aproximadamente te demoras 30 minutos.

Ik nam de trucha met kruiden en noten; deze was enorm lekker; wel dubbele van de prijs, vergeleken met de restaurants in het dorp; de kom basmati rijst was er misschien teveel aan, want het bord was vergezeld van bakbananen. Garnituur nogal vettig en eerder symbolische portie. $15.

We highly recommend Terrabambu Lodge, not just for the lovely rooms but also for the kind and helpful staff. I especially want to commend Evelyn who was so patient and kind with me, showing me several rooms until I found the room which suited me best. We stayed in the Family Suite and it was incredibly comfortable. I loved the outdoor jacuzzi on the terrace, which was really relaxing at the end of the day. There was a bottle of filtered water in our suite and a large TV with Netflix. The restaurant was delicious and very convenient and breakfasts were fantastic! The pool looked great, although it was too cold to use when we were there.

This is a very lovely place to stay. just a 15 minute walk out of town but so worth it. quite and peaceful and with great views. Humming birds and a bird feeding table near the restaurant mean you will see some wonderful birds while you dine during the day time. The staff are lovely and will look after you really well.

We stayed one night during our weekend trip to Mindo. Had a great cabin with three beds and we felt like we were sleeping in a treehouse. The jacuzzi on the balcony was perfect after a long day of hiking/sightseeing. We even had a visiting toucan on a nearby tree. Beds were very comfortable. Shower was hot. We all took a turn swinging on the hammock. Meals were OK, nothing special except my son's gnocchi which was outstanding. Some of the best we've had outside Italy. The canopy tour (aka zipline) was also a fun perk. Breakfast was fast, the croissant type rolls stood out as did the Coffee.

The first unit that we were given, had a sliding glass door that was off track, a Jacuzzi that looks like it was built for a seven year old, and a shower that either had scalding hot water or frigid cold water. There was no in between. One of the employees, who was exceptionally helpful, upgraded us to a much nicer unit. The only complaint we had about that unit was there was no way to open windows to get fresh air, and there was no fan to keep air circulating. with an all glass house, you can’t imagine how stuffy that is. The only option was to keep doors open, which invited dozens of bugs and mosquitoes. however, the shower worked and the Jacuzzi actually fit two adults.

It’s the Paradise on Earth! The lodge is at the height of the tropical forest and surrounded by all sorts of colorful birds that wake you up in the early morning. Every lodge is spotless and counts with a jacuzzi on the balcony. The property is huge and superbly managed. It includes an excellent restaurant, where you can overview the valley and get visited regularly by hummingbirds. It's a 10 out of 10 place, where we will come back for sure!
