First thing was the hot tub wasnt working and was something I was looking forward to using having back problems. I guess worker that fixes that was out of town and I think there should be more than one person to fix things because not long after the elevator broke down. If you have alot of luggage or heavy things its inconvenient when going up and down stairs and also having problems with your body in pain or a disability. You would hope Some kind of compensation or change in room but didn't happen. Rooms could get a little more decorative update.

They over booked their rooms and my family of 4 got one queen bed room. My children slept in the floor. I still paid over $200 for the room. I was told a room with one bed and a room with 2 beds cost the same… how? Their was no compensation at all for their mistake. Breakfast was good, room was clean.

When I arrived Hampton staff said my reservation was null and void and would not be honored. I witnessed the same thing happened to another guest; the Hampton staff suggested that he had tried to contact me and the other guest prior to my arrival, but there were no messages or texts or missed calls from the Hampton on my phone. I would not recommend this hotel.

We booked two rooms for two nights. One of the rooms cooling units was making loud tick noises and couldn’t decide if it wanted to run or shut off so this ticking noise went on all night. Didn’t get good sleep so we told the front desk in the morning. They “looked” at it and when we got back from the concert it was the same thing all night long. Disappointed that we even told the front desk about it and nothing was done to fix it. Not even offered a different room. I hope no one else has this experience in room 336.

There wasn’t much choice for dining nearby except McDonald’s. But the hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was good. Very convenient to the airport.

One of the best hotels I've stayed so far. The night shift guy was amazing, very kind and actually cared about his job, and i is the guests. Clean rooms as well. Breakfast was on the shallow side, but still enough to get you going in the morning.

Seems like an older hotel. Elevator kind of sketchy and smelled awful. Over powering febreeze type smell in the room.

Room was dirty, sheets were so worn they were see through, carpet tiles were coming up between the two beds, breakfast area was way to crowded- ran out of food and no place to even sit and eat breakfast. We will definitely go back to Milwaukee, but we won't be staying here!
