I tried to book this hotel for my wife and I including 2 evening meals. I had rang from early morning to 4.30 in the evening ,6 times in total to speak with a receptionist/room reservations but nobody answered until the evening and then I was told they would transfer me to somebody to speak with . Again I was left hanging on the phone with such a silly same voice mail I had been listening to all day , ” WE ARE EXPERIENCING A HIGH LEVEL OF CALLS RIGHT NOW .....really ..??? It was the Armada Hotel I was ringing not Laya Health Care. I had never heard this ridiculous message from any hotel before. As this basic service was well below par I wasn't in any way interested in staying there . I then rang the Falls Hotel not very far away and booked in for 2 nights and meals , with a very simple phone call and no time wasting thank you. I had planned to visit the Armada again later in the year with a total of 6 adults but I'm definitely not going to attempt to ring again with such a farce of a basic service even before you arrive. I'm working in the tourism and hospitality service myself and never write a negative review but I'm writing this for owner/management out of politeness to help them see they are losing business ...if they care .
