Staff was friendly and helpful.

This was the worst Hampton Inn we have ever taken a part of staying at. The spa and pool were closed the entire time we stayed. The food was average, and the personnel were simply hard to locate. This Hamton Inn needs a complete management review, unless the comparison to a 1-star hotel is fine with Hampton. We have stayed at Motel 6 and comparable hotels that were better. If this hotel in Murray, Utah wants to stay in business the over-all stay needs to be looked at from a customers perspective. Good luck.

Place smelled like mold and mildew. Druggies in the parking lot shooting up and scoping out vehicles. Parking was full because of two hotels sharing parking lot, which meant I had to walk a long ways. The closest door was broken so you could not enter. Fire exits not clearly marked. I tried to cancel my reservation and leave but i would have had to pay the penalty. Rip off.

I I like the fact that it's I didn't hear the people next door whatsoever above and below me that's what I like about the place and it's right by the freeway too

Hotel charged us 250.00 for one night. 50 was for the pet. Way to much money for a not so clean room. Interior of room had grey walls. Needs dome ipdating. Toom was very bleak.

Awesome stay! The night front desk agent was funny and very nice! My only downside was the TV was stuck on one station. Other than that, we will definitely visit again.

The TV in our room stopped working shortly after we arrived. They moved us to another room and the AC in the second room made loud clicking noises so they moved us to a third room. Unacceptable

I do not recommend this hotel because of many reasons. It was not clean, noisy, and charged a $50 deposit without telling you. There was an altercation in the lobby and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night because the people staying above us were so loud we couldn’t sleep. The elevator made a horrible beeping sound and I did not feel comfortable eating breakfast there.
