埃克薩勒斯爾睡帽飯店(Nightcap at Excelsior Hotel)

I ranked the location as excellent only because the hotel is in the area I needed to be for work. That being said, the rooms are quite comfortable. As this is pretty much a motel, it can be a bit noisy at times. The Bistro restaurant is excellent and on the weekends can be very busy. I will stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be in that area.

We stayed here as it was the closer spot to the venue where we had an event. We had dinner there at the bistro food was excellent and service aswell .

This Hotel cancelled my reservation last minute and did not even provide me with an alternative. I had planed my travel months in advance only for them to call me the day before and advise me that they have to cancel my booking because they don't have clean towels.

The room was full of cobwebs and spiders, we had to wipe down all surfaces including walls and switches. The lady at check in was friendly and went out of her way to assist

Looking at the photos the place looks good for a overnight trip, but when you see ( if you have noise complaints call this number) you know your in the wrong place to say.

I have never seen that there is no breakfast in any hotel or you can buy breakfast. I was in your hotel. I went to the buffet and they said we only sell lunch and dinner. Show, which unfortunately was not, and when I asked, it was just a paper toilet, and I'm really sorry for a hotel.

The hotel room was as good if not better than expected. So what was needed for our stay. Having to check in via pub was not so convenient. Access to reception not so convenient.

I needed to have a strong wifi for work when we called they said it was. I logged into work and the wifi cut out. There was snot on the curtains and on the floor by the bed Never staying here again

Well priced and convenient northern suburb location.
