Appart hotel en plein coeur de Milan à 2 minutes à pied du Duomo et de tous les restaurants, commerces et métro. Rapport qualité/ prix excellent! Aucun accueil sur place mais un appartement avec un code pour l'accès. Il y a un box avec casier securisé pour deposer vos valises pour le premier et le dernier jour. Tres bonne communication avec l hotel. L'appartement est tres propre, spacieux avec espace cuisine, café, thé eau à disposition, produit de toilette. Le lit d'appoint n est pas tres confortable mais suffit pour les enfants pour une nuit ou 2. Je n ai pas trouvé l'appartement mal insonorisé. aucun souci. au top! je recommande sans problème, le logement le moins cher que j ai trouvé en dernière minute sur Milan et aucun regret

El departamento estaba bien ubicado, pero cuando estábamos dormidos empezamos a sentir mucha comenzó, resulta que tenían chinches, nos cambiaron de departamento, pero nos dijeron que nosotros traíamos las chinches, lo cual es totalmente falso, la verdad nos trataron mal, no dejaron que tuviéramos las maletas con nosotros en ningún momento, la verdad no los recomiendo para nada, arruinaron los días que estuvimos hospedados con ellos.

Great communication with the property. Relatively spacious, amazing location, about 3 min walk to the Duomo. Some parts of the apartment were a little tired, but overall a nice, comfortable place to stay.

Great location. The flat was nicely renovated but the AC in the living room/extra bedroom didn’t work. We used it as a noisy fan to move air around and the kids slept with their headsets on. They had set up an extra fan in the room, and the cleaning staff were aware that AC hadn’t been working for some time. The small fan wasn’t enough to stay cool though. The breakfast wasn’t like the pictures indicate, but a set package with a simple sandwich and coffee at the closest café. The first day it took 30 min to get served (after everyone else coming in after us). It got better the other days, but the waitress was stressed out and didn’t speak English. She seamed to avoid us because of this. We had some trouble checking in because we hadn’t received the check in email. But the staff sorted it quickly. The communication was really good with a WhatsApp chat that was answered at any time. Also very nice with door codes. If the AC gets fixed, we would stay again.

Terrible…It was 92 degrees the day we arrived and the A/C unit was not working. We made several calls and management company was keep telling us that there are two different remotes and we are not using the right one, but didn’t help us locate the second remote or sent someone to fix the problem. They told us to use the fan for the night, because maintenance people were gone for the day. Next day they told us that someone came to look at the problem but they didn’t find the problem, AC is working fine, which was a lie. we were out all day and came back to the apartment around 10 pm and A/C was still not working. When we called, agin they said A/C is working fine and we are not using a right remote. We searched entire apartment but never found the second remote. Two nights of suffering. Location is excellent but I would never stay here again.

The hotel had a hazardous light hanging by the electric cord next to the bathtub. The worst part is that our room, 304, is wrongly marketed/advertised since it does not have full AC that covers all the areas in the room. There is no AC/air in the bathroom, kitchen, and 1/2 of the sleeping area. In fact, the room was muggy, hot and my kids and husband did not get any night sleep in 94 degrees weather in Milan. This was the most terrible experience, we actually went to starbucks to cool down in the day and at night we kept waking up because the improper/inadequate ventilation in the room.

We were due to check in today at the hotel but just one hour before our departure from Florence to Milan, ******* advised us that the property had to cancel our booking. The customer experience delivered by the property, albeit through an agency, was poor. We had to rearrange accomodation and missed our transfers and initial train. It was stressful as we were offered hotels further out from our initial location which would have disrupted our planned time and trips in Milan. Very disappointing and certainly will never recommend anyone to use this property. I appreciate that there were “technical issues” with the hotel’s building but advanced notice would have helped us to plan ourselves and not rush as we did.

Amazing location 1 min walk to the Doumo, check-in was extremely easy and the place was very clean.
