Quando andiamo a Milano spesso alloggiamo in questo hotel. Rapporto qualità/prezzo, pulizia e posizione vicinissima alla metro Loreto sono i suoi punti di forza ideale per un fine settimana a Milano. Poi siamo in mezzo a Corso Buenos Aires quindi ci sono locali e negozi in abbondanza

Hotel rimodernato di recente come testimoniano gli infissi praticamente nuovi, così come il pavimento. Situato in una laterale di corso Buenos Aires… posizione ottima, molto vicino alla metro Note dolenti: camere poco spaziose e letti un po’ piccoli. Il giudizio complessivo è buono, ma l’hotel non è esattamente a buon mercato

La stanza ed il bagno comodi. Meno l'assenza dell'ascensore ma era scritto. Il problema grosso la polvere enorme nei condizionatori molto datati(quelli con la macchina aria calda è fredda da terra sotto la finestra per intenderci) che ho posizionato a bassissima ventilazione per timore che diffobdessero la polvere ovunque e mi auguro solo quella.. Visto I tempi che corrono. Eppure non è un ostello. Arredi decenti è bagno tenuti bene. Peccato

DISAPPOINTED...We have made a reservation for 20 March. We have paid the room and when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist denied to let us stay. We had PCR Covid test but she told us that she could accept us only with vaccination. She didn't even speak English. She also refused to refund our money. Another hotel across from this one let us stay with the test.Although she told us that all the hotels in Italy need green pass only with vaccination. She was totally unwilling to help us. We lost our money, we lost our time. WE ARE TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED

They didn’t speak English , the couldn’t understand anything they are very rude the woman mostly , they didn’ made a refund for us because they didn’t allow us to stay without vaccine although we had pcr test … she told us that every hotel in Italy don’t allow customers to stay without vaccination … we went at the hotel near to San biagio and they let us stay , we explained him what she told us , he called her on phone to explain her that we are ok but she refused again to let us stay here !!!! She was awful with us we lost our money DONT HO THERE DONT GO THERE !!!!!! I have a photo of the hotel near to San Biagio SHE IS LYER AND RUDE WE LOST OUR MONEY

I checked out of this hotel this morning after a two night stay and can certainly recommend it. Ok, it's not 5* but it doesn't claim to be. In my experience, the room was clean and comfortable with it's own well functioning bathroom. My interactions with staff were all positive and friendly. It's very close to the nearest metro station and about a 15 - 20 minute walk to the central station (or two stops on the metro). Whilst breakfast isn't included, there are options very close by....I would stay here again.

Booked this hotel ,for 3 night,s and something came up and we couldn't go and we gave the hotel plenty of notice about not been able to stay ,but the hotel would not give a refund at all,they had very poor customer service and didn't care that we lost few hundred euro
