From the moment we entered the hotel, it was clear that it did not meet the standards of other 4-star hotels in Milan. Here’s why:
1. No luggage handling service – Guests are required to carry their own luggage to their rooms.
2. Non-functional TV – Operating the television was unnecessarily complicated.
3 Inconvenient dining arrangements – Despite advertising a restaurant, breakfast orders must be placed via WhatsApp the night before and are served in a dining hall, not a proper restaurant.
4. Tiny gym – The gym, crammed into the reception area, was too small and uninviting to use.
5. Shower - too crammed to take a proper shower.
To top it off, I left behind an expensive perfume in the room and was informed by housekeeping that it hadn’t been found. The receptionist’s unprofessional attitude only added to the disappointment.
I strongly recommend doing thorough research before booking this overrated hotel. Milan offers plenty of better alternatives.-
