斯卡拉私人客房河畔(Riviere Private Rooms Alla Scala)

The place is very small, but clean and very close to all the attractions. Good bed, internet, AC. The place is not what is on the picture, much smaller. Also, shower doors have gap between them, which produces flood every time one takes a shower. Otherwise all is very good. Very friendly staff.

The property was secure clean and convenient to the centre Staff were accommodating via an app and acted promptly to any questions. Also when simple things needed sorting they thanked us for letting them know

First of all, this is not a hotel. It's an airbnb at best. Communication with the "staff" was not very good. I had responded to multiple emails on ********* with no reply and the day of check in I received a phone call. Initially I had requested an airport shuttle but they never responded so we made alternate arrangements. It's an old building, which is fine, but there is no staff on premises and since we stay four nights, a maid service came once. There is a shared thin wall where you can hear people in another unit speaking as if they are in the same room with you. The hallways are also pretty loud and echoey. The room isn't very big but other than that the location is good. We were just surprised that it wasn't an actual hotel. Overall we guess it was fine, but not anything worth writing home about.

Consiglio vivamente queste stanze perché situate al centro della città e facilmente raggiungibili dalla Metro Montenapoleone! Stile lussoso e antico, servizi ottimi. Presenza di frigobar, macchina nespresso per caffè e teira. Ho soggiornato con mia sorella e ci siamo trovate davvero bene! Bar nelle vicinanze per eventuali colazioni!

Bon emplacement près du centre et des transports. Par contre on entend bien les bruits des chambres voisines et la taille de la pièce et de la salle de bain est un peu petite.

Lack of concierge created many inconveniences. Bathroom was small and shower doors could not prevent water spillage onto bathroom floor. Room felt unclean because it wasnt cleaned daily along with providing fresh towels.

I didn’t realise it was possible to pack so much into such a small room, there was barely enough room to open a suitcase! Everything was there from fridge, coffee machine, kettle etc but it was all so compact. No wardrobe despite saying in their blurb that there was one, just a rail high up the wall that we couldn’t reach! The room worked or rather we made it work and in reflection spent very little time there, so I’d recommend it for location rather than luxury space. Good AC and wifi. Taxi rank outside, 50m to metro and 12 min walk to Duomo. Very expensive for what was offered.

Check in was a challenge because it is in a private mix use building, it was dark, it was not clear what to do when we arrived to get in the building

Best location ever, we were worried about the key because we got there on subday and office closed, but they were there for us to open and its a very nice suite! I will definetly will stay there again
