Friendly staff, services excellent the rooms very clean, breakfast and supper supplied on request, all round happy

From our arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful.Check- in was quick and easy and the rooms are clean and very comfortable it makes you feel at home.My four year old loved the outdoor space and the pool it was beautiful and also there are a few picnic spots to sit enjoy your meals and just relax and take in the beautiful nature.We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

I stayed at Big Tree B & B for one night while attending a conference in the area. It was a fantastic experience, especially the service received from the night manager on duty (I am so sorry, but I did not write down his name). He was extremely helpful in setting up a cosy spot by the pool to enjoy much needed drinks and then promptly sorted out our lack of hot water at 5 am the next morning. I can really recommend the venue, well-appointed rooms, friendly service and a beautiful garden. My colleague left her cell phone charger and again, prompt notification and arrangements made accommodating our schedule. Thanks to the team for making a stay so comfortable!

I would highly recommend this B&B. The service was very accommodating and everything on point.I would definitely stay there again.

I was greeted by two very friendly ladies. I was troubled at first when the wifi code and reception cell phone number was scribbled on a piece of note paper. I enquired about supper and was told that it consisted of one meat, one starch, one veg, which could really have been anything. Was then shown to my dark and dingy room, full carpeted, not very clean. And when enquiring about other guests on the property, I was told that i was the only guest at the time, and another gentleman would be in the room next to me. This made me further uncomfortable and I decided to leave. The two ladies tried to convince me to stay which i felt further disheartening, because they were not hearing my concerns of discomfort. In good faith, I had paid my accommodation up front, even though they requested only 50%. And sadly, the owner, it sounded quite rudely said that I would not be refunded anything. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone especially a lady travelling on her own.
