溫德姆花園飯店-米德蘭(Wyndham Garden Midland)

I would stay here again. The main room was large and had a king bed, small seating area, dresser , TV, small refrigerator, microwave, and a flattop table for desktop work. Room had a separate bathroom and tall clothes closets. Mattress was comfortable but pillows were hard/compacted and height was too much for my petite frame; I asked front desk staff for flatter and softer pillows but I guess none were available. The blackout curtains fully covered the window. Housekeeping was a bit inconsistent in that they over five nights did not always assure the shower mat towel and facial tissues were present. Both hot and cold breakfast items were available. I lost two items of family value between room and car when checking out. Staff member Jackie was helpful with searching room and parking lot for them. Sadly, the finder has not turned them in. I would stay here again.

Don’t ever come and book at that nasty hotel when we got there the front desk lady was nice but then we went to our rooms my cousins room it was a mess there and my room didn’t have a shower current that shows how lazy is the housekeeping so they got in different rooms and in my room the water was coming out brown so nasty

The pictures represented on ******* were not the current state of this hotel. This hotel is located in a very rough area. Immediately when I got into my room I received a call from the front desk that they were shutting the water off for a few hours. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. If you decide to make it into the hotel you will be pleasantly surprised of the beautiful waiting area and the new restaurant was super nice. Here’s the problem once you get past the nice entry area and go through the glass doors to where the rooms are located you step into the past with a 1970’s vibe to it. No air conditioning and humid and smells of cigarette smoke. The elevator was broken hence they put me on the first floor. Which meant there weren’t many other people staying at this hotel. It was disgusting and a total facade once you got past the upgraded part of hotel. The room was disgusting with a window unit and polyester 1970’s comforter. Way over priced as well. Big big big mistake.

Hotel viejo y sin seguridad. Las puertas de atrás del hotel siempre abiertas. No me senti seguro y me fui del hotel. Uno de los elevadores no funcionaba y se tenía que ir al otro que está hasta el otro lado del hotel.

Where we needed to be was very close by and convenient for us. The front staff was great. The breakfast could’ve been refilled but it didn’t make it bad for us we just went to get breakfast.

Upon arriving we found you could not pull up in front it was all blocked off, we parked in the restaurant parking spaces and walked around luggage and 2 small children in tow, check in and find the elevator is out that we would use so after the walk from one end of the hotel to the other of course using an elevator through the pool room to find 2 towels and 2 washcloths in the bathroom. I booked and paid for 2 adults, 2 children I expect to find adequate accommodations for all. When asking the front desk she acted like I was seeking a treasure, said she did not know if they had any she would check and send some up if they did. The hotel was under major renovations which was never told, if I would have known I would not have booked. First and last time to stay at a Wyndham.

lobby was nice, staff was good but the actual rooms are run down and gross. I wouldn’t stay there again, and considered finding somewhere else during my brief trip.
