TownePlace Suites Grand Rapids Airport Southeast

This was a great stay for us. Unfortunately there were others that stayed that weren’t considerate of the other people staying there. They were extremely loud and obnoxious into the early hours.

This hotel is always a pleasure to stay at. The room is nice and every room I have stayed in has a kitchenette that can be useful if you are in need of that option.

When checking in the front desk couldn’t find my reservation. After several minutes on the phone with customer service we were given a 800 number to call. Front desk called and was able to work through issue of being charged incorrectly after waiting almost an hour to get checked in. Payment was made in advance so checking in should have been smoother.

Surpassed expectations for a simple overnighter. Everything was nice and clean, the gym was well appointed, and the shuttle service to the airport was fast and free. I especially like how dark the rooms are at night.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel and the staff was very friendly. The shuttle service to the airport was great. I would definitely stay here again!

No whirlpool The back of the hotel was unfinished. Otherwise a very nice room and excellent help!

The bathroom lights keep coming on for no reason. Heat only works at 74. As soon as you turn it off cold starts blowing. No sleep yet. 3 am

All was good except that I had to wait an hour in the freezing cold for the shuttle

I felt taken care of by the communication & staff.
