曼徹斯特普瑞米爾飯店- 希頓公園(Premier Inn Manchester (Heaton Park))

I have always use Heaton Park Premier Inn When i go up and see my dad, its so close to where he lives. The staff are approachable, very friendly and are happy to help you at all times. I have stayed here many times on my own, felt very safe being a women on my own too. Rooms are clean the hotel is very clean, value for money.

Mary was on reception and was a great help, she helped us find a takeaway when our order never turned up and even made the order for us! Such an amazing and friendly woman, she really saved our day. I would 100% come here again for the great stay and 10/10 service. 😊

A warm welcome when we arrived, clean lifts available to the higher floors. Very comfortable and extremely clean room awaited us with all modern facilities. Only ****** about the room was there was no drawer space available for underwear etc. All in all it was a marvellous stay, would most definitely stay again!

Not sure why ive not had a response..so firstly my son and i have stayed at this hotel several times for the football, this time was not good,ordered a starter which not available but we were not told before we ordered it..secondly we both ordered steaks medium rare but one turned up medium, not offerd any sauces with our dinner,had to sit and wait for someone to come by ,then we were in room 106,trying to get to sleep was hard as the room above someone was constantly walking up and down, eventually went to sleep only to be woken up by the same walking up and down far earlier than i wanted to!!!!!..we mentioned this to a lovely lady called Lisa on reception who made a manual note..

Myself and my family stayed in a family room before heading to central Manchester the following day. I stay in a good number of Premier Inn’s through work and chose this one as it had a Beefeater, which are normally great value for money. During our visit we had dinner and breakfast at the adjacent Beefeater restaurant. I’ll start this review with the positives, which were minimal. The staff within the Premier Inn were all very friendly and helpful. The price of the stay was also reasonable. The rooms within the Premier Inn are dated and in need of some attention. One of the beds provided for the kids was at the point of collapse. During our visit, one of the rails on the towel rail in the bathroom fell off, due to degradation. The TV seemed to struggle with reception, with the picture breaking-up. The main issues concerned the Beefeater adjacent to the Premier Inn. The restaurant was freezing, as the radiators had been turned-off (in December) to presumably save some money. The staff here could benefit from some training and just didn’t seem interested. We were initially sat close to the bar, which was full of a local-lads enjoying a good few drinks and bouncing around. We asked to be moved, as for some reason the staff didn’t foresee this as a problem. Four of us ate and there were problems with two meals. One burger arrived burned and barely edible. The top of the pepper grinder fell apart and emptied the contents over the fish and chips ordered by my wife, before it could be eaten. The staff didn’t seem bothered and asked if she could “eat around” the pepper corns which covered the plate and out-numbered the peas. They didn’t seem to want to offer an alternative suggestion. They tried to charge us for the uneaten meal (which had been returned to the kitchen), but it was deleted from the bill after some explaining on our behalf. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t much better. The coffee machine had broken (cold coffee). When we spoke to the staff they acknowledged that it was broken, but they didn’t stop people using it. The food on the buffet at breakfast was cold.

Upon arrival the check in was generally ok, it was like the lady was coming to the end of her shift and seemed to just want to leave. the room was the usual standard Premier inn room, always clean and you know what you're getting. They have updated a section of the hotel and luckily enough i was in the updated section so i cannot comment on the old section. Around this time of the year I tend to be sent to different parts of the country for training so tend to see hotels with either beefeater of Brewers fare. I refuse to stay at Prem Inn's with Brewers fare so was happy with the beefeater. The food was ok but the choice was limited and not the normal range of food offered elsewhere. The food was ok but the ladies serving seemed rushed off there feet and couldn't keep up. Unfortunately when walking back to the hotel there was a lot of drunks and smack heads loitering, some couldn't even walk, shouting and swearing abuse at each other, I can imagine some people/families would be intimidated walking passed. In the morning, I went for breakfast and the mess these people left was disgusting, the bin outside the restaurant was over flowing with vodka bottles and beer bottles, cigarette buts just everywhere, not what you want to see first thing in the morning. Over all the hotel was just ok, the Beefeater was just ok - ill avoid next time!

This is probably one of the most dated Premier Inns that we’ve stayed in. The room was warm, but there’s little or no room for clothes e.g. no drawers. They are still using the old Hypnos beds. The hotel was nice and quiet at night and there was always plenty of hot water. We booked the breakfast in advance, which is extremely disappointing. There were no sourdough muffins at all during our 3 night stay; my enquiry about their availability was met with a “if it’s not out then we don’t have it”. On the first morning the fresh fruit compromised 2 x Green apples and one rather sad looking orange! There is no crusty bread, rolls, raisins, cold meats etc, that you would usually expect to see in a continental breakfast. On the first morning, my wife ordered some porridge and a cooked breakfast ( for some reason we had to order the breakfast via a member of staff rather than via the usual buffet method) and they both arrived together. I would strongly recommend that you save your money and get a breakfast from Wetherspoons or even McDonalds. The evening meals were adequate but no more. Restaurant staff were very friendly in the evening. The hotel is well located for the nearby tram stop into Manchester and there is plenty of free parking. Premier Inn can do better than this!

Let down by the baby cot which was not suitable for purpose. Hard wood with a sheet. Outside area covered in broken glass amd puke from pub next door. Cant recommend this Premier Inn. Also, top far from City Centre.

Hotel was well situated for what I was there for. Staff were friendly. Hotel was busy as a few events on that weekend. Not hotel’s fault but people on floor above were noisy. Other negative was breakfast on the first day was a shambles, not enough staff and felt very chaotic. Other than that a great time was had by all of us and I would stay there again.
