米德爾伯裡歡朋套房飯店(Hampton Inn & Suites Middlebury)

So we were running late and wanted to let the hotel know we were going to be a late check-in. Their phone was disconnected. We then called Hilton customer service to see if they could contact them and they said no one was picking up the phone. Then once we arrived. They gave us our keys and they didn’t work. Had to go back down to the desk to get the keys reactivated Once we got in the room the WiFi was down. Had to go back to the front desk and the lady there gave us her own sign in. In the morning we went down for breakfast and it was pitiful. Eggs were watery and the Turkey sausage didn’t look fresh. Overall this was one of the worst stays I have ever had.

Staff was rude and very unhelpful. Fire alarm flashing strobe light was flashing in the room and bathroom. She said she could not do anything about it and she said she could or would not check us out at 9:30 pm. Could not stay as customers suffer from migraines and flashing light would be detrimental.

Close to interstate. Good restaurants in the area. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Room was okay. Disappointing breakfast. Waterery scrambled eggs, no meat choice, and the four juices were all water. First time we have had a poor stay at a Hampton Inn. Will look for other options in the future.

The heater in my room was the loudest I've ever had to endure. I simply could not sleep through the night because it would kick on randomly at unfathomably high volumes throughout all hours of the night. I probably should have said something to the front desk but I was too preoccupied with work. The heating units need to be updated. The staff was friendly and the convenience of the location was great.

We only stayed one night and arrived after 9pm and left a little after 11am and did not take advantage of the breakfast that was provided so we can't really critique fairly on all categories. We had no complaints.

Nice and clean hotel. Front desk lady was very friendly at check in. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great!
