Had everything except an iron and an ironing board,
But they did have a clothing steamer so I guess that may have worked ..🤔

We enjoy the convince to the mall. This was our 2nd time to stay here. This time our room was not as clean. We stayed 2 nights, and no one came to freshen our room. Also, there was not a luggage cart upon arrival, and we were told that other guests keep them in their rooms. We were not offered any other assistances other than sorry about your luck. The daytime staffer was very nice. The smoking area is at the front door. So, we had to walk through smoke to enter. Overall, ok place if you are single or not traveling with a family, as I was. I will stay in the downtown area in the future.

I’ve stayed here before several times on business. But this time was awful. I woke up at 5:30 to get ready for an early business meeting and there was no hot water. When I went to the front desk and asked how long would it be until it was fixed, the woman at the desk very uncaring said “I don’t know because no one knows. Everyone is sleeping” no apology or anything. I had to go conduct business without being able to take a shower that day. Huge inconvenience.

I stayed here for a self-cation. It was literally surrounded by a mall. There were so many shopping and dining spots around. The hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. Check-in took like two minutes and the staff was friendly. I would definitely book here again if I'm back in the area.
