查塔諾加漢彌爾頓廣場Tru希爾頓飯店的評論

The bed covers were for a queen bed however the room had a king bed. Surely housekeeping would have noticed the covers didn't cover the bed! There were 5 tissues in the dispenser. The window shade would not open. The bed frame hit the back of our legs when getting in or out of bed. The mattress needs to be replaced as there is a hump in the middle.  This is the 5th Tru hotel we have stayed in & this location doesn't measure up to what we have come to expect from a Hilton property

We had a nice stay, but housekeeping was never done for the 4 days, that was disappointing. The front desk guy in the evening was really good. He even helped us change rooms
