Great hotel to stay

Was quiet and clean, didn't like that there was not a phone in the room ...only phone was by the elevators, so to call front desk had to lookup number and call front desk from cellphone. I know a lot of hotels are doing this now but just does not feel safe or convenient. The receptionists were very nice and let us check out at 1. Very accommodating staff and super easy fast check in.

I have been coming here for years! I stay here at least twice a year! Staff is great, very clean! I love staying here because its close and easy to get to Hard Rock Stadium!. There's a nice outside shopping mall with nice restaurants close by as well!

It said free continental breakfast , false advertising on web sight. Breakfast was very expensive but staff was very nice and accommodating .. rugs in room needs to be shampooed on regular base my feet got dirty almost right away .. Beds where very clean .

When my family member arrived they brought an entire list of groceries. I explained to the front desk that they get confused and could they accomadate by putting the perishables in the refridgerator. They obliged which was a relief because this was christmas day and I couldnt get a car. When I took the stored food(4 days later), I noticed a rancod smell coming from the veggies. The two front desk clerks helped me load the groceries in the car. I asked about the groceries and let them know about the smell, only then was I told the groceries were pulled out of the cooler and left out for over an entire 24hr period. My jaw dropped. I was about to drive the food to an elderly person and was in a hurry. I am so glad I asked! This just couldnt be. They refunded what groceries were spoiled and refunded one night. But the more I this about the more upset I get. To hold rancod meat in a cooler next to the food that was being used none of this makes sense. The remote did not work, I called about it, nothing happened.

Very clean and fret staff service. Only wished they had provide breakfast but overall it’s great

Website says breakfast and I brought my children down thinking it would be a continental breakfast but nothing and when trying to checkout no one at the desk for 20 minutes

I did not see a safe in my room despite signs in the room to use safe. It seemed the room had been renovated I do not know if the safe was re-installed.

The hotel was soooo peaceful, you would've thought no one else was there. They had remodeled, so it was very clean with nice carpets.
