stayed more than 1 week for business trip， im satisfied with everything

The location was amazing. Close to downtown but in a clean and nice area. Many touristy activities to do nearby. The hotel is very pretty. The staff was amazing. Great experience overall

Propre, calme, décoré avec goût, légèrement en retrait de l’animation mais peu éloigné à pieds Même reproche sur la qualité des draps (une constante aux usa), synthétique peu agréable. Parking avec valet 25$ Commerces à proximité Photos sur l’app conformes à la réalité

Great Stay

The hotel facilities and rooms are trendy and colorful but closer look and it’s just not very clean. The tile grout in the shower and the door were very calcified and grimey. Beds were hard and the two pillows provided were small and flat. Great location and view from balcony. Would only stay here again if it was the cheapest option in Brickell.

We stay in miami a lot for cruises and this was the first time here. The hotel itself is modern, funky, clean, good sized rooms and great staff. The metro mover / trains were a short walk so you could get to a lot of places on public transport. Brilliant hotel, highly recommend. Definitely use again.

The property was fine for two night's the third night disastrous from 8-9at night road work started across the street all night tar cutting beeping backup equipment very noisy all night no sleep it was that bad very disappointed. To me last night was disappointing will not stay there again I feel a credit is due even if we split the difference if not refund the night. This will be the end of me booking with ******* if the something doesn't. Thanks Gary Cuomo
