The property didn’t have towels for the amount of people I had in my room (5) a total of 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. We asked for pillows and they told us they didn’t have any and handed me 3 blankets and stated that to just roll them to use as a pillow. There was only one toilet paper roll in the bathroom and the rim of the toilet was black, we had to have the floor supervisor come look at it. There was wires hanging out of the air conditioner unit. The room was 80 degrees and we kept tying to get the air unit to work staff doesn’t inform that there is a switch on another wall that you have to use to use the thermostat. We asked for more towels and they said there don’t have any. This was the worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. Oh and you have to door dash for food. They stated they had food but they only had breakfast. We got to the hotel early due to porting early from cruise and we requested early checkin we still had to wait till 20 mins before 3 pm checkin.
