El precio estaba dentro de el rango a comparación de los demás hoteles, magníficas instalaciones, el servicio muy bien , me encantó y sobretodo la amabilidad y eficiencia con la que desempeñan el trabajo, la comida estuvo bien , el personal muy atento y amable …. Solo que en la mayoría de los hoteles en los que nos hemos hospedado siempre te ponen botellas de agua en el cuarto y pues este fue la excepción, que para decir verdad si me sorprendió

Do NOT stay here if you have an early flight and want to enjoy breakfast. We tried to go to breakfast at the Coral Cafe at 6:00 am only to find out that breakfast doesn't open until 6:30 am. I stood by the hostess because it said wait to be seated and she just looked at me rudely and said, ”uhhh...? Do you need something or...” I replied, ”Yes, I wanted to get breakfast.” She responded rudely, ”Well, it doesn't even open until 6:30 so you're gonna have to wait.” We are diamond members and we tried to use our food and beverage credit to grab something quickly. We only had 5 minutes to eat so we couldn't sit down and eat. We only wanted a croissant that we were willing to pay $15 for and It was literally just sitting at the buffet to grab easily. The hostess was so freaking rude and argued with me and embarrassed me in front of everyone. She said I had to sit down and wait to be served. We had already waited 30 minutes for her to tell us this. She told us to go to Starbucks instead. I informed her that I wanted to use my food and beverage credit and she said, ”oh well. I don't know if it works there, but you'll just have to go there because that's you're only option. I can't give you a croissant here. You have to sit down and wait to be served.” Pretty ridiculous that I couldn't buy something to go. They also charged us $18 for our Turo to be parked in the parking lot for only a couple hours while it was waiting to be picked up! We didn't even have the car parked over night. Also, I NEVER received a receipt after checkout which is not normal for Hilton. I had to find the receipt online via the app. Will never stay here again! Super rude and terrible customer service! I have stayed at many Hiltons all over the world, but I have never been treated so poorly!

The service was fine the room was very convenient when having a layover. as far as food, it was just the restaurants in the airport and not hotel food as far as I know.

邁阿密國際機場假期酒店，距離機場不是一般的近，感覺就是一腳油門下去就到酒店了。從冰天雪地的紐約華盛頓飛來陽光明媚的邁阿密，彷彿瞬間飛躍了季節，穿越了時空。假日酒店房間簡潔而實施齊全，空調力道有點足，穿少了會感覺涼，床墊軟硬適度，睡眠質量挺好。室外有游泳池，一樓有咖啡便利店和健身房，九樓有餐廳和酒吧，基本齊活。總體來説是一間性價比很高的酒店。

沒有早餐我們航班很早所以夜裡三點多就去機場了 酒店有免費班車接送很好 但是給的房間真是有些糟糕 房間是個犄角 馬桶無法沖水（這個有點噁心了）由於我們行李很多而且才會在酒店呆4個小時就要去機場也就沒去換房 所以不知道是不是又看是國人就不給好房間 這個現象在國外還是現實存在的 整體體驗感覺一般

酒店離機場比我預期的遠一點。前台、休息室和早餐區位於4樓。房間在高層。我的房間很大,乾淨,浴室看起來新裝修的,很不錯。水壓很好。電視電纜工作。座機不工作。儘管被要求,但敲門的方式叫醒電話沒有完成。早餐是自助餐,雖然有限(牛肉餡餅,煎蛋餡餅,DIY華夫餅,穀物,酸奶,茶/咖啡)。晚餐,如果不想步行去一些餐館,因爲區域不太安全,有幾個送餐選項...傳單在前台和你的房間。我沒有點餐,所以不知道食物的質量。免費班車準時。酒店過夜很好。

機場附近的優越位置。他們提供免費的禮賓巴士往返機場。缺點我們不得不等待近1個小時的巴士從機場到酒店,看到酒店的其他巴士經過2或3次,然後我們才出現。

是一間很舊旅館。沒有電梯、或升降機。還好我們的行李不是很大，不然就不能拉上二樓的房間了。我們到 Miami 機場打電話給旅館，請他們派車子接機。我講清楚人數，問他大約多少時間來接。車子是什麼樣的？等過了50 分鐘，還不見所說的白色麵包車。我再次打電話。回答是交通塞。當時機場的路上不是很多車呀！最後，我們才發現雙方都有誤。原來這白色車子接送服務4 或5 間不同旅店。這個旅館排在最後，又小又幼。司機先生不是到點便停止看有沒有三人，而是慢慢地遛過去。後來我發覺這車子要叫司機，他已經離開。我又再次打電話給旅店叫他們。到我們能上車時，已經三個半小時後了。半天就此浪費。此旅館就在機場北面。地圖上很近。我們放下行李，便走出找快餐店吃晚飯。 步行到McDonald 就在兩街道口。浴室很小。因為是週五晚上，價格在100元以下，此路上有多间旅馆。我试着用網路找看看價格，全滿了。最值得一贊是有供應早餐。有麵包，麥片，咖啡，牛奶，酸奶，水果等。吃完便等車子送我們去機場。因為早上一切順利，我便留有小費在房內，和給司機先生。

我們在南海灘的酒店取消預訂之後的最後一刻，我們在這裡預訂了酒店，而且效果很好。我們住了5晚，輕鬆地遊覽了我們感興趣的所有地方。前往南海灘的150輛巴士，在酒店停靠的36巴士可以帶您前往海豚商城，而其他一切都是Uber的短途旅程，費用不超過20美元。房間很乾淨，早餐好（這是可悲的看到所有的廢塑料，請做一些事情），前台的工作人員的工作不是很歡迎。班車在每個小時的頂部都位於酒店，大約需要10到15分鐘即可到達機場。
