The hotel room pictures were misleading. The room was advertised as having a partial sea view, but the reality was quite different. Instead of the beautiful view shown in the pictures, we faced the building next door throughout our stay. If you leaned over the balcony and looked to the right, you could catch a glimpse of the sea, but that was about it. I recommend the hotel to post the actual pictures of the room that the customer is booking to avoid confusion. The more significant problem was that the next-door neighbor's balcony was incredibly close to ours, which made the situation awkward. Imagine walking out on the balcony, and two people are staring at you, closer than a hug's distance. It was beyond uncomfortable. Every time we were there, they were there. We could hear their conversations, and they could hear ours. Privacy fence anyone? The hotel staff was something else! We were extremely dissatisfied with their service, they literally ruined the vacation. It wasn't just bad customer service, it was non-existent. I have received better customer service at international customs but no joking. Don’t get me wrong; we weren’t expecting them to have a heartfelt communication with us, but a smile, a welcome or a bye! Nothing! You just get stared down I swear I had better service at an international customs, but no joking I would not recommend this hotel, until at least they get better customer service so you don’t go to sleep thinking the front desk will blow the place up

This place is a paradise on earth. We enjoyed every second spent here. The apartment was huge with two smart TVs, a balcony, and all kitchen appliances. The hotel is clean, featuring two amazing pools—one large and great for swimming, and the other smaller one right next to a hot tub for cooling off. The only downside is that the area around the hotel doesn't offer many food options. However, our room was so nice that we didn't really want to go out much. I usually don’t like to go to the same place twice but I will definitely go to this place again.

Customer service is horrible. Staff is constantly on their cell phones. Receptionist was busy eating when I greeted her in the morning and was told by her that she didn’t bother greeting since she had a mouth full. Ma’am aren’t you suppose to be working? Don’t stay here if you appreciate hospitality. The guests are their last priority here. The place is beautiful so it’s unfortunate we can’t recommend this place to friends and family. ******* please warn people before they book or take them off your list.

The property is advertised as 2017 built. That has to be incorrect. It is old, the pool area is very run down and the condo had inadequate supplies for a one week stay with a notice saying don’t call us for supplies (eg toilet paper). The gym had a time restriction and no more than 4 people total. There is no housekeeping for a one week stay. The ad said self park, it’s only valet. Too many issues. I left within an hour and went to another hotel.

The property was in a great, not-so busy area of Miami Beach 1 block from Walgreens and a nice big grocery store. Valet parking was a part of the fee but your guest must Zelle $20 (or cash). They charge $5 to receive any packages - my luggage broke so I had to buy a new one on Amazon. I loved the gym, gameroom, balcony and mattress. Lots of extra towels, blankets, toilet paper, trash bags, dish detergent and laundry detergent so they cater to more people seeking a real apartment experience. There is no room service at all - no one to clean, add or remove anything during your stay. You must dispose of your own trash and full washer and dryer. The wrist band is for the beach chairs and umbrellas. There are 2 pools - quiet pool on the first floor and more family friendly on the 5th floor with a large hot tub. You must use a special key fob to access any elevator, Beach door, etc. lots of free water, coffee and snacks in the room. 3 elevators. I was very disappointed in the WiFi - very spotty and never consistent even with the 9 hotspots they offered. Also, I could never get consistent hot water which was so unfortunate. The shower head and spa hot tub on 5th floor had rust. The patio furniture in the room is very squeaky so you will hear your neighbors moving around when you’re inside. They are strict (and aggressive) on 11am check-out. They knocked on door at 11:02am, called my room and personal phone from 11:03-11:10. I checked out at 11:15am geez. No grace period.

Cuando pedí más toallas la persona de Miami vacaciones me dijo que tenía lavadora el cuarto que lavara las que tenía que no me iba mandar más y cuando trate de explicar me dijo que era grosero y tomó esas excusas para colgar y no hablar conmigo y traté de hacerlo por email y me dijeron que había un reporte que yo había sido grosero y que les dijera a hotel.conque ellos tenía la razón y no les importaba mas nada

We booked 4 nights at this property for our Miami vacation. Everything about this stay was fantastic. We arrived super early in the morning and the property manager let us early checkin at 8 am without addition cost, this was such a great relief as we were able to sleep a bit before getting started with our vacation. We had a city view apartment with a small balcony with peek a boo ocean views, it was quiet, clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer n dryer, bath n beach towels, you name it and we had it. We were gifted with a nice bottle of Pinot with 2 water bottles and bag of Milano cookies, it was such a nice gesture. We were at 5th floor right, which is super convenient location to access game room, gym and 5th level pool and jacuzzi. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi and amazing ocean views from the jacuzzi. Hotel provides free of charge beach chairs and umbrella which was an added perk for comfortable stay. Overall we were super happy and highly satisfied with our stay and any help needed during our stay. The only issue I would say is the heater didn’t work which made the unit super cold, it just happened to be the coldest day cause of bomb cyclone, but we were given extra blankets right away, that helped a lot. I would highly recommend this property for family vacation!

Excelente condominio, junto a praia, apto bem equipado. Recepcionistas precisam ser mais atenciosos.
