Sonder修道院(Sonder the Abbey)

Esperienza pessima, struttura e camera sporche e trasandate. Lavandino otturato e porta del bagno rotta e impossibile da chiudere. Il personale non è stato in grado di risolvere i problemi ma hanno dato un rimborso parziale. Ho apprezzato ma resta comunque una brutta esperienza.

Super Lage und sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war immer nett und hilfsbereit. Leider war es in der Nacht oft sehr laut und man hört von den angrenzenden Zimmer alles. Ansonsten war alles tiptop.

Hotel bem localizado próximo de restaurantes, bares e todos os tipos de comércio. Instalaçoes modernas e confortáveis. Funcionária Maria estava sempre disposta a ajudar, prestando um excelente atendimento.

O hotel é muito lindo. As instalações perfeitas, os móveis são novos e a limpeza é impecável. O cheirinho que tem no lobby do hotel é uma delícia.

It was just alright. For the amount I paid for the room, I would expect it to be cleaned daily. But you can request it and that’s an extra charge. So then anytime I was out of something I either had to go the desk to get new towels or washcloths or request it through an app on my phone. Just another pain. The room was updated at one point, but you can tell that things were starting to get old. Part of the ceiling was repainted at one point since a huge corner of the ceiling was a different color. The refrigerator in the room did not keep things cold. My windows in the room were all sealed shut. I could not even open a window. Walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors talk or their TV on. Which by the way, they didn’t have local TV. You had to connect your device to the TV just to watch something you had. Very annoying and just a cheap way. Lobby was outdated. Just some tables that they threw a game on, and a couple old couches. They didn’t even have a table set up so you can sit outside. The entire time I was there, I did not see one person use the lobby which just proves my point how it can be so much better that people would actually want to sit there and enjoy the space. We stayed there 5 days - so what you get is basically a bed, small desk, and bathroom. Nothing else. They do not offer any snacks or breakfast items whatsoever. It’s just disappointing because the money I spent, I could have had so much more staying somewhere else. Not worth the money.
