藍月飯店(Blue Moon Hotel)

Great location- friendly staff- the bar was great- Happy Hour included special cocktail deals. The room was clean and LOccitaine products in the bathroom- included cold water in fridge room. The pool was super. We had a great stay !

The staff was very friendly, especially when I arrived early. They were able to hold my bags, until a room became available. The room was very clean and also very spacious. I didn't have a room but, who needs a view when you're there to rest and close to the beach .

I stayed at the Blue Moon overnight before a cruise. The staff is wonderful! Alex and Devontae gave great recommendations for restaurants and cafes that were a short walk from the hotel. JP allowed us to relax under the covered terrace until closer to our embarkation time - he also made sure we were comfortable. Although the hotel is an older property, it has been renovated to keep its own boutique hotel charm. I especially loved the water pressure and shower amenities in the bathroom - best hotel shower I have had in a long time! We had to change our dinner plans due to an untimely downpour. We ate at the hotel bar and had the best chicken sandwich with french fries - I highly recommend both.

The only problem we had at the Blue Moon was that there was an area wide power cut when we arrived, so they couldn’t check us in. Obviously not their fault, but we were well looked after with a drink while we waited and a reduction in our bill. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool area is small but a comfortable place to relax. We had a good meal in the cosy bar area one evening. It’s close to the action on Ocean Drive, only a block away, while far enough removed to be quiet, if that’s what you want. We stayed for a couple of nights before joining a cruise and would happily return in the future.

One of kind hotels in South Beach Miami runs by an amazing staff! I can't thank enough the manager Mr.PJ & 2 frond desk receptionist D'Vantae and Alex !! They're all working hard and most importantly very Responsive!!

o hotel não é um hotel 4 estrelas , a limpeza é horrível , tinha uma barata no quarto e uma toalha manchada entre as limpas , o carpete não é limpo todos os dias , ficamos em um quarto muito barulhento , o blackout é fino e não escurece , a janela é fixa e não tem como abrir , isto provoca um cheiro horrível no quarto, o pessoal da recepção é muito gentil mas ficamos muito incomodadas com a limpeza do quarto .

Stayed at this hotel with family and friends before leaving for our cruise. The room we stayed in had an ant issue. After making a complaint we were told the housekeeping staff was gone for the night. After another hour we couldn’t take it anymore once we saw the ants had max their way to the beds. We complained again and was moved to a room way on the other side of the hotel where we had to walk through a construction project to get to a from the room.
