Unfortunatelly,although in a great location, hotel Administration clearly has a problem. We are Hyatt members and this experience has not been pleasant for what is paid. Restaurant service any time after breakfast is terrible..food bad old refrigerated tast and bar service poor, not attentive to the public, doesnt know how to serve great or anything.. We have not been the only onces complaining today.. lack of experience and training of the personnel is clear as they dont know how to serve and anticipate themselves to the service. Again, food is real bad. People have come and left today because they were not being attended and no interest seems to come from the people on duty. We reserved a different room on the web because our bed was real bad. We are suppose to get the check in today to a better room and room is not available yest, its after 3 pm. Anyway, I think this is our last time staying here, sorry to say and I have to share to make you head Management know that your service here should be expected to be 100 times better than it is...food here in Mexico is amazing, who is in your kitchen? Why are you not traning your people?

A very good location in Santa Fe, you have everything close by. Expect a 1 hour drive to Airport MEX due to traffic. How lovely to stay in a good size room, comfy bed with good pillows. Coffee/tea, water, iron/board, safe, fridge. Telly, stable wifi and aircon. Huge bathroom, plenty of hot water, fluffy towels. Best of all, peace and quiet. Rooms cleaned everyday. Breakfast and other meals served in the ground floor restaurant, good selection of hot and cold items, coffee very good. Tried quite a lot of food here, all tasty and fresh. Premises were kept clean and I only met friendly and hospitable people in this hotel. Highly recommended. Unfortunately I contracted covid during my stay and needed to be hospitalized. Not only did the hotel help me to contact doctors, test etc. They even kept my luggage and welcomed me back, helped me yet again with medicine, doctor etc. They went out of their way and did MUCH more than you could expect. I am immencely thankful for their kindness, their help and genuine hospitality. I thank everyone from the bottom of my heart, you did an extraordinary job which I will never forget. #HEART#

第二次來墨西哥聖達菲出差,我決定在城市快捷套房酒店住12晚,相信我的經歷是超現實的。房間的價格幾乎是附近更著名的酒店的一半,城市快捷套房的所有房間都配有一個完整的廚房,包括冰箱,攪拌器,餐具,餐具,感應器等。我有一個房間很大。我喜歡我在這家萬豪酒店的住宿。這是一家沒有裝飾的酒店,每天幾乎相同的早餐,沒有花哨的接待,但人們很好,裝飾着微笑。預訂後我有點警惕,因爲TripAdvisor的評分很低,但我決定試一試,我一點也不後悔。感謝所有使這個地方成爲住宿的好地方的人。步行10分鐘到著名的Centro商場,那裏沒有缺乏吃飯選擇。試試!

當一些事情出了問題時,您可以知道財產管理的方式。讓我從好的開始說:梅貝爾·岡薩雷斯盡其所能避免失望,但旅行者應該知道這種經歷,希望高層管理人員會注意到這一點。現在需要注意的事情:-通過BonVoy應用程序發送消息,直到第二天我要求回覆,它一直沒有回答。-在檢查時,我注意到我分配的房間的地板很久沒有被打掃了。他們派了一個非常有禮貌的管家來打掃,並表示道歉,說這是不能接受的。-手持淋浴不能打開,他們修理。也是頭頂淋浴噴水到處都是,這是不清洗淋浴頭的標誌,是固定的。-空調不涼快。他們固定了。幾個評論都報道了同樣的問題。最差的-水管通宵通宵有空氣,砰砰砰砰。這沒有固定,甚至當借我第二間睡房時,噪音就出現了。有三個不眠之夜。這真是一個大問題。我在12樓。聖達菲區有好幾個選擇...我建議找一個替代的,我會的

A very good location in Santa Fe, you have everything close by. Expect a 1 hour drive to Airport MEX due to traffic. How lovely to stay in a good size room, comfy bed with good pillows. Breakfast and other meals served in the ground floor restaurant, good selection of hot and cold items, coffee very good. Tried quite a lot of food here, all tasty and fresh. Premises were kept clean and I only met friendly and hospitable people in this hotel. Highly recommended. Unfortunately I contracted covid during my stay and needed to be hospitalized. Not only did the hotel help me to contact doctors, test etc. They even kept my luggage and welcomed me back, helped me yet again with medicine, doctor etc. They went out of their way and did MUCH more than you could expect.
