墨西哥城瓦萊斯飯店(La Valise Mexico City)

Wonderful boutique hotel in one of the most charming district of Mexico, Roma. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The service is very friendly. There are many trendy boutiques and restaurants in the neighborhood. Nevertheless the hotel is not for everyone as there is no lobby nor elevator. Also only a simple breakfast is served in your room.

I had an amazing 2 night stay at La Valise. It's a beautiful boutique hotel in a very cool neighbourhood, and the staff there go out of their way to give you a good stay. Very spacious rooms and fabulous bathrooms. Cesar and Erick are excellent concierges, and arrange everything with grace and pleasure. Thank you guys. Matt

If you’re looking for a boutique hotel whose owners pride themselves on delivering personalized service and in a terrific neighborhood location look no further than La Valise. And I haven’t even mentioned the fabulous staff - Elizabeth, Ingrid, Erick and Caesar. We felt they wanted us to enjoy our stay and trip. The smallest details were very important to them and their effort was as genuine as if we were staying with old friends. Small, bespoke hotel with a huge heart.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the La Luna suite at La Valise. The suite was lovely, beautifully decorated and very spacious. Bed, bedding and pillows were divine. A bit of street noise before midnight but then that’s to be expected as it’s a beautiful old house with original features preserved in a busy vibrant city. Great location with good cafes, restaurants and attractions nearby. I like non-corporate, such as La Valise, there’s no conference room, no gym, nothing even to suggest when you are walking past that there’s a hotel behind the lovely facade. I understand that there are plans to open a bar which will be welcome addition. Soft drinks in the mini-bar are free but I pre-ordered a bottle of tequila and mixers for the room for which I charged the equivalent of £29 which I thought to be good value. Excellent and very commutative concierge team. They arranged tours for us to Teotihuacan, Xochimilco and Villa d Guadalupe with Elias Herrera, these were superb - Elias is a historian and extremely knowledgeable and engaging, would highly recommend.

My wife and I spent three nights at La Valise CDMX in November and had a fantastic experience. Prior to our arrival I reached out to the concierge with a large amount of requests for my wife's birthday. The hotel was able to accommodate every request made and even gave suggestions. From the room decorations to the tours to plating uber eats, this hotel can and will do everything possible to make your stay amazing. The hotel even organized a mariachi band to play for my wife (something the hotel has never done before) which was one of the highlights of the trip. The hotel is run by an amazing team lead by Elizabeth, which are beyond the best staff I've ever seen (you wouldn't know there are other rooms in the hotel because of how well you are treated). Beyond the staff, the room is incredible (we got the terrazza suite) and my wife can't stop talking about how comfortable the bed is (and how she could suntan in bed while eating breakfast on the balcony). Overall, I can't think of a better hotel to stay in CDMX (the location is ideal). If you think of it, they will accommodate. This hotel is well worth every penny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

L’hôtel est très bien situé et les chambres sont très spacieuses et joliment décorées. L’hôtel est d’ailleurs membre de la chaîne Small Luxury Hotels of the World. A ce titre on est en droit d’attendre un service à la hauteur, ce qui n’est pas le cas. Le service du petit-déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur. Les chambres disposent d’une machine Nespresso mais impossible d’obtenir des capsules. Dans l’hôtellerie tout se joue pourtant dans ce genre de détails que le personnel doit parfaitement maîtriser. Ici le manque d’expérience ainsi que de management est manifeste.

Excelente spot en la mejor zona de la colonia Roma. Muy bien cuidado, limpio, todo excelente! Gran lugar para escaparte un fin de semana o para quedarte un par de días para conocer la ciudad. Fueron muy detallistas al comentarles que estábamos festejando un cumpleaños.

Es un hotel que supera los standares de calidad y asistencia personalizada, un lujo convertido en casa, cada detalle que te ofrecen, su asistencia 24 horas, lo hace ser el mejor Small Luxury Hotel de la ciudad de Mexico, muchas gracias por sus atenciones nos vemos pronto.

The location is wonderful for walking around. The staff was super helpful and warm. The hotel helped us coordinate a day excursion to the pyramids with a guide and driver! And the hotel itself is so beautiful, the rooms are just like the photos! We stayed in the Luna suite, it was so spacious, clean and vibe! We’ll be returning.
