El hotel tiene excelente ubicación, un avez entrando en el puedes empezar a disfrutar del lugar es increíblemente hermoso con detalles nada se compara con el lugar y el servicio que ofrece! Es codomo elegante justo lo que necesitaba para descansar!

Quiero recomendar ampliamente el hotel es las lujoso y con execelente ubicación y atención por parte de Sr Octavio fue sumamente atento y solucionó nuestros pequeños inconvenientes. Sin duda vale mucho la pena , excelente vista y detalles que se disfrutan.

Es un lugar sencillamente perfecto! Es cómodo lindo, único; si tienen oportunidad de disfrutar ese MARAVILLOSO LUGAR! Sin duda es muy especial y te hacen sentir especial hay gente que está en ese lugar que te hacen placentera tu estancia!! GRACIAS

En ésta ocasión y hace un año que me hospedé, les informe la condición inoperante de las regaderas y no atienden en lo absoluto. Cuestan bastante las habitaciones como para que no les interese que los clientes no se puedan dar un baño confortable.

Fue un placer descansar en tan maravilloso lugar.. de verdad todo excelente muy recomendable sin duda regreso pronto. El hotel tiene lujo extremo y demasiada comodidad el personal muy capacitado y atento.

We are in an express trip, very tired, and had to find a one night acomodation with no time for a deep planning. We found the green park hotel and it seemed ok. At first the hotel look very nice, an old hotel but a handsome one, then you start to notice the poor conditions: the non functioning air extractor at the bathroom, the small shampoo, conditioner and soap, the dirty curtains, the black spots at the shower and the worst, hair and a stain at the bed sheets and bathroom and stained furniture. We had to ask for more shampoo and soap, and they only gave us two little small bottles and another small soap. And, when I asked for a bed sheet replacement, they told me that at this hour (23:00 hrs), they have no personal to change the sheets and they can't provide me with a clean bed sheet, because they have no access to them!. My husband was very tired and didn't want me to ask for another room, but the concierge didn't offered it either, the only answer to our problem was a simple "sorry". So, here we are, stucked in a disgusting and unclean room, feeling ripped, very tired and with a no good rest night ahead. The good thing is that, from the balcony, you have a very pretty view of the trees and some tall buildings, if the cleanliness and attention were good, this could be a charming hotel. If you can pay for this dirty place, you can afford a better quality one by the same price, do not waste your money here in the mud.

PESIMO SERVICIO Y ATENCIUON DEL PERESONAL PARA QLE COSTO DEL HOSPEDAJE

On the very edge of Condessa - not really walkable to Roma Norte. Very large, loud and busy road between the hotel and the park - bring earplugs. This is not a serene location. The exhaust fumes can be smelled through closed windows once the traffic starts. Shower was terrible, only one of the many shower heads worked and it was barely a drizzle. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Quite dated but clean. They gave us lots of pillows so that was great. We didn’t try the restaurant or any other facilities as the front desk person explained nothing about it to us. The television was large and new.
