墨西哥城 Mc 套房飯店(MC Suites Mexico City)

We expected much more from this hotel. 3 nights in what is described as a serviced suite and we have the following points to put across : 1 coat hanger for 2 people for 3 nights - safe didn’t work, room not serviced once ! Reason given - “problem with staff” - sorry but that is not good enough ! Frayed towels, sliding wardrobes didn’t open - absolutely shocking Wifi - kitchen area has a microwave and a fridge but no sign of cutlery or crockery - just substandard really I am sorry to say ! The guy on reception did what he could do for us so it isn’t his fault but this did not live up to the way it has been written I am sad to say - would never recommend to anyone.

- O hotel é pequeno, com aptos amplos, copa e cozinha equipada com microondas e frigobar (alguns quartos têm também fogão e pia), quarto confortável com duas camas de casal e banheiro grande com duas pias. Muito bem localizado próximo à principal avenida da cidade, a Reforma. Seria um hotel excelente se não tivesse alguns problemas básicos como: falta de limpeza nos quartos e banheiros. Arrumam muito bem as camas, toalhas excelentes, mas não limpam os móveis nem o chão. O banheiro carece de uma boa lavagem com água sanitária e escovinha, pois é cheio de lodo. O chuveiro também é muito fraco com pouca água. O quarto tem cortinas com controle remoto que não funcionam. O ar condicionado é antigo e barulhento. A recepção é fraquíssima, não conseguimos reservar um único passeio com eles. Enfim, tem uma proposta de ser arrojado, mas peca nos detalhes.

We have staye at various hotels in this area, and this is now our go-to. The staff is very accommodating and friendly! The location is perfect- easy for us walkers to get to everything. Very clean and comfortable. We loved having a kitchenette for early breakfasts and the occassional DiDi Food/Uber Eats dinners. The selection for TV was great- and the added bonus of TV in dining area. Great to have laundry facilities as well. As we are walkers, it was perfect to walk to the zocalo and visit many museums in the historic center, and also walkable to the Zona Rosa and Chapultapec Park. A couple of cinemas nearby- making this hotel perfect! The WiFi was great- we were there for work and never had an issue. NOTE that most booking engines state this property has room service and/or breakfast in the room- which the do not have and never did. The manager felt that was an error in translation, meaning you can eat in the room and bring food in (Uber Eats, etc).

Muy bien ubicado a una cuadra de paseo de la reforma. Modesto en el servicio ya que solo cuentan con el recepcionista. Los cuartos son muy amplios, cuentan con buena limpieza y están modernos. Dan café y té de cortesía y también tienen snacks con costo. Definitivamente una muy buena opción para qued**** en la CDMX.

Fantastic location and great facilities in room and building Friendly and helpful reception staff. only supposed negative that the fridge in room was only a minibar fridge and wasn’t larger but fine for a few days stay.

I liked that we had 2 full-size beds, a bathroom with 2 sinks, a kitchenette (I opted for a room with more of a kitchen) with a microwave and a mini fridge. I liked that there was a mini market nearby and a grocery store 2 blocks away. I like that the beds had sheets on top and bottom of the blanket, which always feels cleaner to me. There is AC in the room. It is an actual suite, meaning that you can close the door to the adjoining kitchen. I like that the bedroom was separated from the kitchen by a door that closes. When we checked out, they stored our luggage until we were ready to take it to leave for the airport. My son and I were amused by the stickers indicating we should be socially distant in the tiny elevators. The elevators were about the size of an airplane restroom, so social distancing in there is unrealistic. There is no one on-site with tissues, toilet paper, etc. if you run out after the maids have left for the day. We ran out out of tissues and the convenience store nearby didn't have any, so we were out of luck for a couple days (the cleaning staff didn't notice we were out the first day - I left a note asking for tissues the second day). The neighborhood is noisy (traffic, honking, etc.) - using the AC at night eventually helped drown out some of the noise. The cleaners missed a few things - we didn't make coffee, but there was moldy coffee in our coffee maker apparently left behind from a previous guest. I looked under the beds to check that we didn't lose anything when we packed to leave and it was pretty dirty under there, like they hadn't cleaned under there in a long time. The pillows were all a bit hard - I didn't feel totally comfortable. There is no concierge, no gym, no on-site restaurant, no on-site guest laundry. The wi-fi connection is so so. If I were returning to stay in Mexico City, I would prefer to stay in a different neighborhood and nicer place, but my teenage son was very happy there (except for the slow WIFI).
