We had a fantastic time at the Dominion! The apartment was really well located and had everything we needed. The pool was clean and enjoyable. Maintenance staff was quick to respond. Guards at the front door were friendly. Apartment was really spacious and very tastefully furnished. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Dominion Polanco. Our hotel apartment was located in a beautiful neighborhood close to many restaurants, a bird atrium and Walmart. The amenities included a heated pool, hot tub and full breakfast. The staff provided excellent service and we were able to taxi to all of the local sights. We highly recommend it!

They remodeled the Pool and installed a jacuzzi, but most importantly for Mexico City’s weather, the water is kept warm enough for kids to use the pool day or night. The gym was also remodeled recently and is very nice.

unfortunately, while we were leaving we were not allowed to simply check out, they locked the door and held my family and I for 10 minutes in the lobby as security and akwardly gazed at one another ( missing our airport Uber) until they checked our room for missing items. It was unnecessary and embarrassing as we are customers, not hostages 😞

Very comfortable apartment, friendly service and good breakfast.

Disappointed on several levels. Only the bedrooms had AC. Living room and kitchen very stuffy. Couldn’t open the windows out of fear of flies coming in. Pool and exercise room was being worked on thus unable to use. Breakfast was limited and it was the same everyday. A little bit of variation would help. Additionally , we had booked for a whole week and had an emergency back home and left 3 days early. They were unwilling to refund us and told us to try thru Hotes.com and even when we did, they refused the refund.
