威盾B＆B飯店(B&B Hotel Verdun)

J’ai galéré pour accéder à l’hôtel, le code envoyé par mail était faux Je n’ai pas pu payer avec ma carte Alex ni par Apple Pay

This hotel was self check in. Needed to get a code (this was access to the front door and your room) after putting a credit card in at the door entrance. We were expecting a staffed reception. Of note, there is no lift in the building. We were on the 3rd (top) floor and after a long day riding our motorcycle, we struggled to carry all of our "gear" up the stairs. Another unexpected omission was a kettle. I must have missed that there was no kettle provided when I booked. The room was very basic, but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok, continental with some cooked bacon and scrambled eggs. Neither of which was cooked to our liking. This hotel seemed more like a back-packer type place (to me) but was not priced accordingly. Basically, expensive for what it was. There was a restaurant (chain) not too far away but it seems a little out of town and as such not a lot around. Otherwise for a drink, it's a vending machine. We would not use this chain again.

Toiles d’araignée, poussière, télécommande ne fonctionne pas, télévision ne fonctionne pas une fois allume on ne peut plus appuyer sur les boutons de la TV et vu que la télécommande ne fonctionne pas ben télé toute la nuit. Bruitant mal insonorisé. Pas de réception le soir donc je n’ai pas pu demander de l’aide pour la tv

I do not like writing negative reviews, but we would not stay here again. We prepaid for 2 rooms and breakfast through *******, and we received confirmations the day before we arrived. However, when we got there, the hotel only had one reservation, so we had to pay for yet another room. They also would not honor the prepaid breakfast and required additional payment. It has been several days and we still haven’t received a refund for the prepaid reservation that the hotel refused to honor. In terms of the actual room, they are very basic. One of our rooms was reasonably clean, but the other was not clean. We would not suggest others risk staying here, especially if you book through *******.

Hotel calme et propre avec un pDj varie et de qualite. Cependant quelques points a revoir, la machine a l entree qui distribue le code n avait plus de papier, la housse de couette etait dechiree...rien de grave mais embettant...

Un hôtel normal, pour sa catégorie, mais géré - en terme de service - au meilleur niveau ! On peut compter sur la direction en cas problème ... Je recommande ! Bernard LUCAS

The hotel was good in every aspect. Especially positive was the breakfast. The room was a bit too humid for our liking. If you have been in a Baltic cruise this was a B-level cruise ship room.

C'est dommage que les portes de chambre claquent(groom trop puissant)et vous reveillent quand les autres clients rentrent tard. Pas de chocolat en poudre pour doser à sa guise(lait froid chocolat)Pas de lait froid chocolat dans la machine. Personnel trés sympathique.

The room was bare bones, but clean. Bit of a mildew issue in the shower, but otherwise clean. Comfortable beds. No real service. We never saw a person, but was able to checkin using a code.
