Very good room. Very good service.

Ok… so I’ll try to make this as short as I can. Ive stayed at different Four Points hotels before and my experience was excellent. I figured this one should be similar, right? Not so much. When I first checked in, I was given a room with dirty towels and the fixtures in the shower were broken. The front desk host was kind enough to switch me to another room which was great. The new room had clean towels, no broken fixtures, but …there was no trash cans, the shower has stains, and the water bottles were half empty. So that was gross. Now on to things outside the room: - The carpets are very stained. - They advertise that they serve breakfast but there is no breakfast available in the main lobby like there normally is at most hotels. They had a little sign in that showed like 5 breakfast options… but you have to order it. - The coffee available is literally one coffee urn for a couple hours. Thats it. - The bar is small. Their beer dispensers didn’t work at all. This hotel needs A LOT of updates, and carpet cleaning. If you’re looking for an easy one night stay, this hotel might be okay. If you’re staying longer, I really recommend you book somewhere else.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was abysmal - there was hair on the towels, stains on the sheets and pillows, and it was clear that maintenance was neglected. I felt unsafe throughout my stay, and the staff seemed completely careless about addressing these issues. We lost our key and the staff just provided another key without checking any identification or information at 1am. This should not happen with so many visitors coming in and out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. One star is too generous for this place.

Staff wasn’t accommodating. Had my preparation here for the wedding. AC in the rm wasn’t working and took a few phone calls to get an answer. Hair and makeup artist requested for chairs, staff said they will bring but never came. Overall stay was okay.

Our stay was quite good. We had to check in late because of incoming flight delays, and the staff took care of us. The room was great...quiet and comfortable.

The rooms were clean and quiet. The area is fine. I wish the restaurant and bar were actually open. They need to update the website to indicate that they're really not. They have grab and go breakfast options, but no food. Also their "deli" was a nearly empty beverage case and a handful of snacks. If you stay here, be prepared to seek out food and bar drinks elsewhere. The reason I picked this hotel was because of the food choices so I was disappointed. Also, please turn the hot tub and hotel room shower temperatures up! Both tepid at best

The service at this hotel was good. We were awakened by people jumping on the second or third floor at 1a. I went to the front desk and let the front desk person know and she responded, “I thought they might be a problem”. She was unable to leave the front desk as she was the only person there. She said, to let her know if it continued and she would call the police, but would call the potential problem room. It quieted for about 20-30 minutes and started again. Note to share-stay on top floor, even in hotels that have a fabulous rating. They should have some security on the property to deal with this issue or if they feel someone is going to be a problem, not allow them to stay. The staff was nice, but this was out of their control, this is a company issue of not having proper staffing. I don’t think I would stay again.

My boys 9 and 12 enjoyed playing in the pool after our long days of exploring Chicago. Our stay was quiet, peaceful and comfortable.

A very nice hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious and the front desk staff was helpful in helping us figure out the best way to take a train into the city. I did really like the hotel and would recommend staying there, particularly if you have a flight out of O'Hare. However, if you are planning to stay here to do some sightseeing in Chicago, just know that you are about an hour train ride from downtown. It worked out fine for us, but if we were to come to Chicago again, we would probably try to stay closer to the city.

We stayed for 5 days and had a great stay. The pool and jacuzzi were open and clean the front desk was helpful friendly and fast too. Our vehicle was safe in the parking lot and our room was nice. I would stay there again and recommend it.

Hotel is located in a great and safe location. Restaurants and shopping is located right there. The free breakfast wasn't being offered because of continued covid restrictions and neither was housekeeping services. A nice option on the tv is that the kids could log into Netflix and Prime. Beds were really comfy and room was clean. Bathtub was narrow and the shower head could have been better. The bathroom sink didn't drain well but wasn't a big pain. Chicago is about 35-45 minutes away (beware of the tolls).

I had booked in the hotel but later on the first night I had problem with my kid he had health issues so I had to leave, so I lost 1 night. I asked for a refund but they told me there is no refund

The hotel has a bar and restaurant that were not in service. The room was average with road noise from outside construction. Kids running down the halls at night was disturbing.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the bathroom is very modern with a nice sink and mirror.
