Please don’t waste your time and go to this place. They are renovating, but at this time March /2024 it is horrible. It stinks that she’s not clean towels aren’t clean floors are damage walls are damaged tub is damaged. The toilet is damaged. The list goes on please please do not waste your time.

El hotel está en muy malas condiciones, la puerta del baño no cierra bien, la carpeta está muy sucia, nos quedamos en 2nd piso y el piso se sentía con hoyos, la pared tenía hoyos y estaba muy sucia, la puerta principal del cuarto no daba confianza de que cerrara bien el broche y huele y se siente mucha humedad en todo el hotel, El peor hotel que nos hemos hospedado 😔

En general el hotel está en pésimas condiciones, sucio descuidado, con goteras al por mayor, huele feo, las llaves no cierran y duermes con una tiradera de agua. El desayuno no hay nada en general horrible.

There was roaches and they got into the food so it had to be thrown out. It was noisy cause there was dogs barking at 2:00 am and couldn’t sleep.

Hotel was under construction and the main lobby area and sitting area was very dusty Front desk staff was rude and do not allow outside food to be taken into rooms. Small store area that has merchandise is very overpriced.

They need to update everything the hotel is run down they only reason I had to stay was cause I lost power in my house

This hotel was terrible. The brick facade was off the front which should’ve been my sign to turn around. As soon as I went inside I noticed a sign on the front that said the hotel was short staffed, and housekeeping was “by appointment.” I checked in and went to our room. It was absolutely NOTHING like the photos that were shown during booking. The bathroom was dirty. There was mold/mildew on the walls of the shower. The area around the toilet was filthy, and the toilet set was peeling. I turned on the shower, and water came out of the shower head and the faucet, which filled up the tub. The ac/heating unit worked, but pieces on it were broken. The curtains were filthy; dirt and stains all over them. The bed sheets had stains on them, however it did appear they had been washed. The walls and doors appeared to have been painted over paint and was chipping off. Our room door did not close properly either. I was unable to stay in this room and we checked out an hour after I checked in. The employee was going to give me a refund, but said he could not because the room was booked through *******. So I was out the $100.
