默塞德-優勝美地國家公園地區戴斯飯店(Days Inn by Wyndham Merced/Yosemite Area)

Quartier horrible au milieu des SDF et toxicomanes. En bordure d'autoroute : bruit infernal peu importe la chambre. Seulement 2 serviettes de bain pour 4 !!! On demande à la réception, ils ne peuvent pas en fournir davantage. Pas de frigo, ni de micro-ondes, même pas un sèche cheveux dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner correct, literie confortable.

We arrived at 1230pm, and the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in early without extra charge. Room was modern, clean, location was convenient (Dennys and Mac's just nearby). Bed was comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer, you just have to put 2.50 for normal wash and 2.50 for normal dryer. Also located close to regional airport for us to catch a flight the next day. Complimentary breakfast was also provided which was a pleasant surprise. Everything exceeded expectations

TERRIBLE 1- We arrive and homeless everywhere. 2- Arrived 1:30 PM and the lady in the front desk said check in time 3: 00PM, we ask if she can let us check in @ 1:30 PM, we were not comfortable to be outside in our car waiting with all the homeless people around us and NO-SECURITY GUARD, she said that if we want to check in @ 1:30 PM (1 1/2 hr. before 3:00PM we have to pay $40, we ended up having to pay extra $40 to be safe. 3- No blowdryer, the carpets are dirty and old. When we wanted to make a coffee there where a coffee maker but NO-COFFEE, we call front desk and she said that they don't have coffee that they only provide coffee if they have 4-WI-FI no signal

Room was clean but in need of some repair. The toilet paper hanger was broken off the wall. The bathroom vent cover was hanging, There was a hold in the wall from the door handle. The area has a lot of under housed and challenged people walking around. The parking lot safety lights were not turn on until 1.5 hours after dark and off 1.5 hours before dawn. When I inquired at the front desk the clerk showed me the instructions. Arrived at breakfast at 7:30. Very disappointing. They were out of coffee, bread, eggs, etc. There was 1 person looking after the set up. When something emptied it would take 10 minutes to refill. The waffle iron was very old and slow. Didn't even attempt it. Overall clean room but would not stay here again.

The room was VERY small but it was clean. Our tv did not work and they did nothing about it. Also they only give two towels per room and will not give a third towel even when you book for three people.
