Room 330 was very loud all night. Window was shut but traffic noise loud. No excuse to use cheap glass in a newer hotel by freeway and busy area.

Booked a two queen bed room but received a double bed room. We were 4 people and there were only stuffs for two people, for example towels and cups. We got here was late night, kid was tired and we had no time to request all changes. I will make sure next time before booking here.

Had a great stay here during a business trip to Merced. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was as expected but the hostess was fantastic as she greeted everyone and maintained the area well. One observation of note was that the 'business center' was a computer in the lobby with no printer. I needed to print a document so I had to ask the front desk to print it for me. I was thankful for her willingness to do so, but it did make it a little more difficult and awkward. Overall, a good stay.

Upon arrival and check-in at 10 PM two front desk ladies were very rude and unhelpful! Never recommend this place to others. Besides that the area is unsafe and suspicious activities was going on.
