Great hotel but the front desk needs some training in hospitality. Lady was rude and very short when talking when we checked in. Then when i asked for a late checkout due to weather and us getting delayed, the lady refused, lied to me about being soldout for a Sunday night, and while i was still being nice and civil and thanking her for trying, she just hung up the phone! Then I looked to book online since she said they were soldout and guess what, every type of room was available to book for that night at almost half what i paid! 🤔 Then we had the maid hanging around the hallway waiting for us to leave the room. So had to drive and sit in a parking lot in the storm with kids all because they couldnt give me an extra hour to checkout. Also they make nothing for the complementary breakfast on weekends. Only had biscuits & gravy then cereal and fruit. Only way to get the complementary hot breakfast is to stay Mon-Fri, which is insane since majority of hotels are used for weekends. Gotta save $$$ where you can i guess. For $232 a night, u would think we would get some eggs & bacon! Nice hotel but horrible staff and service so you can decide what to do, but i won't ever stay there again. We usually go multiple times a year in that area so disappointed that a nice hotel would be ran like that. From the front desk, to the kitchen staff and to the maid, all had the same bad attitude so thinking the district manager may want to look into why that is.
