Hotel molto carino,comodo per il centro di Ciutadella,ordinato e pulito. Paola super carina e disponibile,signore delle pulizie gentili e molto brave,ritornerei sicuramente in questa struttura per l’ospitalità e l’aria di pace,grazie di tutto

Nous avons passé trois nuits à Abril37 et sommes très contents de ce choix. Merci à Paola pour son accueil chaleureux, son grand sourire et ses bons conseils. La déco est super jolie, les attentions comme le café/thé et petits gâteaux en libre service sont bien agréables. Nous avions une chambre avec petite terrasse qui donne sur le jardin potager, très sympa et calme. Literie super. Idéalement placé pour découvrir Ciutadella, et toujours des places de parking gratuites sur la rue à moins de 100m. Si nous devions trouver deux points à améliorer : l’insonorisation avec les chambres voisines et le couloir est moyenne, et un peu plus d’intimité dans les WC serait bienvenue !!! Mais si nous revenons, nous choisirons sans aucun doute cette adresse.

There was good communication with the enthusiastic and friendly host Paola from the outset. You need to let her know when you are arriving as reception is not staffed all the time. It is a genuine urban boutique hotel with character and a lovely garden that you can wander around to admire the lemons, vines and pomegranates. You get into it via a terrace that has a number of comfy seats and a welcome awning. Everything felt chic and trendy, down to the tasteful T shirts on sale in reception. There’s an honesty bar by the terrace with payment on check-out. Access to the room was easy with a good old fashioned key (not always the case). And again, the safety deposit box was straightforward with a key. There’s very good air con and wifi. And it’s in a superb location only a couple of minutes' walk from the historic centre of the town. There were no significant downsides but you need to know there is limited wardrobe space but it is probably ok for a short stay. Some may not like the see-through WC and shower panels, although they do include some obscure glass. Overall, a really great place to stay!

Estuvimos 4 noches hospedados y salimos muy satisfechos. Tanto el trato de Paola com el del resto de personal es muy familiar, te hacen sentir como en casa. Si buscas un sitio tranquilo, bien ubicada, muy limpio y con roda la atención, ya lo encontraste! Repetiremos!!
