孟菲斯南風福朋喜來登飯店(Four Points by Sheraton Memphis - Southwind)

I enjoyed my stay. During my visit with Four Points by Sheraton Memphis -Southwind they had a promotion on breakfast (“Breakfast for a Buck” )You could choose from all breakfast entrees for only a dollar ($1.00). This also included a beverage of your choice. The restaurant/bar does offer very good options for food and drinks. Also, the front desk and staff were pleasant. I had a problem with the A/C in my first room that was quickly resolved. My room was clean and tidy. Thumbs up 👍🏼! I’m looking forward to staying at Four Points by Sheraton- Southwind again while visiting Memphis. Thanks!

First room had three large roaches. Moved to a new room…it had a terrible smoke smell. Third room was just fine. Front desk service was very polite and willing to help fix the issues.

Price was fair Bath needed update Walk in shower are the best, tub and curtains need to go! I feel it’s the hotel’s responsibility to monitor the hotel, we had a rude neighbor that had music going loud could sleep ( which is why we stayed there) I went to the front desk to complain but it was just as loud Never again! I will stick to Hilton!

My family and I wanted to have a weekend getaway. From the time we walked in service was great. Building was very clean and rooms were also. Pool was nice. Had no issues. Definitely will book again.

The pool was down even though we called ahead of time and asked if working. The room had no toiletries available, the pull up bed was yellow from urine stains, & floor was nasty with toenails clippings.

Power was out and no air we came from out of town wasnt anle to drive anywhere else for a room we was to tired

No working water, jug of juice in fridge, fries on floor in room. Party in room down hall loud talking in hallways and inconsiderate staff
