謝爾比旅館

The carpet is old, crusty and matted. The walls were covered with dust, had not been cleaned in months. The reservation was supposed to include breakfast but none was offered. Skip this place, there are others worthy of your business.

Place was a dump and my wife did not feel safe there, I am still apologizing to her. staff was fine. holes in the wall and ceiling was caving in. upon seeing the room we almost left but we had been driving all day and were tired...we slept on top of towels and left asap

Rooms were dirty and the linen was dirty. Even the requested clean towels were dingy. No room service or sensitivity to the needs of people with disabilities. I would not recommend staying here because once you pay you can not get a refund and you are stuck with a horrible experience.

My daughter and I literally watched a vehicle's window being smashed out. Extremely unsafe. The staff were extremely rude! Laughed at me when I asked for a refund and said what's wrong with me! We did not enter the hotel rooms, simply left and felt a lot better about our the safety of all my daughters possessions for college in the back of the U-Haul moving to college. Had to re-write this review because if failed TripAdvisor's rules! So imagine it worse things said!
