「We recently stayed here for a leisure trip, and it was a great experience overall. The check-in process was fast and hassle-free, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The room provided to us was a corner room, which I love! It was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a great night’s sleep. The room also offered a lovely city view of Maximilianstraße, adding to the charm of my stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short distance from the train station and the airport bus stop, making it very convenient for travelers. There are also plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The Wi-Fi and heating worked well. The only downside during our stay was that the elevator was out of service, so we had to use the stairs, which was a bit inconvenient with us carrying our luggages. Despite this minor issue, I had a wonderful experience overall. The cozy lobby and excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. For the price, it was absolutely worth it, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐」

「Prima Hotel. Prima kamer. Voor de t****e keer bezocht. Er is echter een duidelijke achteruitgang te zien betreffende service. Receptioniste vraagt bij ieder contact of je gast bent. Dit terwijl je meerdere gesprekken voert. Het restaurant heeft schijnbaar een nieuwe beheerder die grof is tegen zijn personeel en ook tegen klanten. Wilde betalen met kaart en apparaat weigerde. De man verteld dat dit mijn probleem is en niet zijn. Uitermate klant onvriendelijk. Eten in kwaliteit minder geworden.」
