普瑞米爾飯店梅爾頓莫佈雷(Premier Inn Melton Mowbray)

We visit here often as have family in Melton but this visit was made more special with the waitress waiting on tables this morning. Nichola you are an absolute credit to the hotel your smiling face & you was so welcoming. The breakfast was delicious The room were absolutely spotless bed so comfy. See you again soon

I checked in less than an hour before dinner and was given my meal deal voucher, only to be told when arriving at the restaurant they just had one option. I was on a business trip, so food was paid for, which meant I had to go out to eat from my own pocket. Slightly annoying. However the staff member was apologetic and offered the refund. The hotel held mostly work men and it was very noisy at night. Trying to sleep wasn't easy due to one of them playing drum and bass music in the next room. On the plus sides, the staff were all great and breakfast was really good. The room was big and comfortable.

For the price it was pretty poor. Absolutely no storage in a family room, basically living out of suitcase. Bathroom poor and room dated. Carpark location bizarre and difficult to find. Not the best experience and won't use again

Nice location near the town with free car parking. Staff must be the happiest and friendliest Premier Inn staff in the UK what a credit they are. Room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area. Paid for a cooked breakfast and this was cooked to order and plentiful a very good choice.

Very friendly staff. Nicola B was lovely. The extra touches for the 1940s weekend were fabulous. The staff looked after us from check in all the way through the process. Meghan was also lovely by far the best hotel in Melton Mowbray. Would stay again!

I came in to check in with my friend after years apart and there had been a world war theme on earlier that day. The staff serving were dressed in the theme. I would give special mention to one of the staff (Nicola B, Melton Premier Inn). She hosted us so nicely and was friendly. I was waiting on others getting ready in our group between a few rooms as I was already sorted. Whilst I was waiting a got myself a cup of coffee and she gave me a spare ration bag from their event earlier. She was so nice to me and us all prior whilst booking in. This enhanced the whole experience at this hotel as a nice gesture; out of her way to make me feel more welcome and comfortable.

Room we had was great for our stay. The Breakfast that was provided by Jackie was lovely, she does an amazing job. All cooked fresh to order both my partner and kids were really happy with what we received. We would stay here again for sure, Thank you.

quality/price was very good, nothing special, small car park, windows cant open, could be better, staff was very nice

Great place to stay. We got in late and Rhianne was lovely. She was nice enough to start up the coffee machine so we could all have a drink before we went up to bed. Thank you Rhianne!
